Description : Hello guys. I'm back with this new track. I made it in a lounge spiritbut it's just a rush! i think the final version will be around 5mn... i'm waiting for a collab with Nightingale from who i took the electric guitar sample you can hear in this song. I asked him if he will be agree to write me variations since the actual sample... If he doesn't answer me, if anyone will be agree for this collab?
I'm looking for spoken words from a woman during the break time. If a girl is interested too...

Damn this is sweet stuff! I too wonder about the deep house tag, but I have never fully understood house music in general, so don't take my word for it. To me it has the flavor of fusion rock, a'la The Fixx, Depeche Mode, or some such thing, but it also has some elements which remind me of modern US rap music. I listen to weird stuff, so my ideals are not those of the modern populace (disclaimer).

It shows in this piece, that you are a bass player by nature. A good bass player is like gold. I just put new acoustic/electric bass strings on our old JBP bass for my wife to begin practising again. It was a good feeling to play in some chords and modes with her, on my classical with equally new strings. She is the only singing bassist I have ever worked with, and since we've been together since '94, it is a good feeling. Hopefully we can achieve some of our collective musical goals together.

I've listened a couple of times now, and I've enjoyed it much! Nightingale is kind of a classic member, who seems to have gone underground for the moment. I too have used his material. Some great guitar work there! If you need some help, maybe I would be able to help, though I am no guitar god like Nightingale. My neurological issues and multiple head injuries seem to limit me in that way, though I work each day to overcome it. I know we ust have tried to work together in recent times, but I have actually completed a couple of collaboration projects in recent months.

Your work is always inspiring in a reminiscent way, like something I would have been obsessed with ten years ago. To hear something like that now is almost like a dream, like most things I indulge in deeply. Thank you for sharing it. I am going to fave, and await an update or a contact!

    Hello Spiv,

I took time to answer you for two reasons:
first, because you wrote me a long long comment and i wanted to be sure to well understand all the meaning! You took care of delivering me your feeling in detail and it is very considerable.
second, because i wanted to wait a little after Nightingale. I don't have any answer from him adn as you said, he seems to have gone underground actually!

This track will be updated after our collab if you're always agree spiv? It's a great honor for me and first time too with a collab! so, what do you need exactly for a confort work?

On my side, I shall like that the guitar begins evolving after the resumption of the break (after 1:36). Free court in your feeling and in your imagination to slide me long and stabbing sounds. This guitar is the leader in the piece thus its expression is free. Just if we can preserve the sound grain and the reverberation or approach it?

As i said you, first time for a distant collab so tellme what you need ;)

I'm really excited by this common work, particularly with someone from who i admire his work :)

Great work so far, I really like where this is going. The electric guitar sounds rad but yeah, does need variations, maybe a wicked breakout solo. Looking forward to the final!

I like the idea a lot, reminds me of late 80's electronic alt rock. Amy Mann(Till Tuesday) would sound great vocalizing on this track. The electric guitar has a big spacial sound to it, gives the song lift and a very cool change within what you have so far. I'm a bass player but there are very capable guitar players here, hope it all works out and you can get the arrangement you are looking for!

Description : A slightly hypnotic song here, a little impulsive but also comes very relaxing.
As always tinged slightly dark.

Description : I had this amazing vox: https://www.looperman.com/acapellas/detail/5256 and drums by Eos and Mmedia to work with and this is what I came up with.
The acapella is from Porter Robinson and Mat Zo's tune Easy, so technically it's a remix, but I actually heard the original after I made my own song around the vox so it's not similar at all...maybe that's a good thing, I don't know.
But I really did my best with this one and tried to use everything I learned so far while mixing and mastering and I'm actually almost happy with the result.
Work in progress though...the piano comes out in one ear and the vox in the other so something went wrong anyway. =D
Edit: I'm NOT happy at all anymore - hearing all the flaws now...
Feedback will be much appreciated!
