Wow those guitar parts are KILLER!! You know I love my guitar solos, but this is something else. Great piece of art you produced there. Well done!!! TG
Its one of the best produced pieces I have heard on here Mr Rhodes - I was a bit surprised by the break at 1'05 then settled in for a journey into Chick Corea meets Jeff Beck meets Weather Report - The guitar solo is magnificant !!!
Great track - have downloaded for later aural stimulation !!!
Thankyou so much for those totally inspiring comments my friend,i did spend about 3 weeks with many hours on this one, kept adding little details.Glad you gave the track a listen dude, there are some incredible names in your comments.

Have you been hanging wit Mr.Funktastic ;) Very funky and well played/put together. Love the dynamics and the blend of different genres! That guitar......WOW!!! Did your hand catch fire?
If this one doesn`t move you you are not moveable..ha...funk with power...does remind me a bit of Simply Red when the piano parts kick in but its got more power...great big pads & the guitar really adds some cool icing...super bit of work Rhodesy...really enjoyed the listen....Ed
Thank you,the art of soloing is dying!I am trying to keep it alive lol.Not many will put the time in to learn the instrument fully anymore, happier to just use a mouse!
Your description was exactly what I heard and I was diggin' it! Some sweet guitar playing as well, clean and rockin' parts. Tons of energy all the way through. Liked the first break, it jumps the beat a little. Well done Rhodesy!!
Lots of drama here. And all packed into a single pocket.
Intro piano chords remind me a little of Simply Red's Something Got Me Started but then it's a totally different track.
0:14 some sort of vocally sound and then some jazzy guitar runs running across the sound spectrum. Funk too and they're layered well together.
Busy bass and other synth work and then some heavily delayed guitar that fades away to take us into a new section.
1:05 cool discordant stab or whatever it's called.
1:07 now shit is much funkier and sparser. You've done a lot in just one minute.
1:34 cool descending synth fill and we're into another, heavier section with fat bass and busy, psychedelic runs. I think they're synth but they also sound a bit guitarey.
2:00 new heavy pad sound to take things up bigger and higher.
Now more soloing, as expected. And then it's heavy and intense to the end, when you fade out after returning to the piano.
Good, accomplished stuff that's a bit different for you plus some of your usual stuff.
Yo Static.
Yes I just kept coming up with grooves on this one. Those synth runs are following the chord changes, played guitar over them the last time.
Thanks again. MrR

Description : 'Love will find you at the right time'...This track is about how we vibrationally attract love. From my recollection, in the early 20s/teen years, a typical place to encounter this wonderful force was the Disco. (Kay)

Description : Continuing my journey with sampling. This was mostly an accident, and not where I originally thought it would go but I'm happy with the destination. I started with the track Real Reel Switcher by Eunice Russ Frost, which has a slower melancholy swing to it, however I've been playing a bunch of older video games lately, with SSX being in the mix heavily, so this track ended up taking on a bit of that for inspiration as well. Would love your thoughts.

Description : A Dark Funk tune , with a touch of Nawlin's jazz funeral procession. Midi-sparks asked me to do a Halloween song for his competition, and so here it is!
Description : Updated 12/2/2022. This is an interesting redo of a funky and fun composition. I gave it more polish by switching to a different drum kit, swapped the flute solo for a synth, then infused more flavor into the guitars, bass and organ. Then lastly tweaking the final master. Can you tell the difference? Let me know. Enjoy.
Description : 3rd track of my future vocaloid album, Acerbus 2.Many thanks to Venuslove for the vocals, MrFunktastic for the Funk bass, Strings (left and right), and the robotic sound mainly at the beginning of the song. and Atlasblue for the Snares (sorry atlasblue that I couldn't include you in the title, only 50 characters allowed, thus I ran out of space)
