Hey this is pretty sweet track! Reminds me of a slowed down jungle track or something. I'm thinking there would be two main reasons that your subs are not "bigger." First, the whole track seems very heavy on the high frequencies like snares and high hat percussions. If those weren't peaking quite as extremely, then you would free up some headroom to gain the whole mix. That might balance it out. The second idea is a bit more unorthodox... this sub bass is actually very sub, and those are meant to be felt more than heard. While I can hear it, it would be far more audible if it were raised up an octave. Obviously if they are loop based, this might destroy the quality, but if they are virtual or hardware, then it should be a simple matter. Sometimes a bass will surprise you on higher octaves.
