Description : it's incredible! he has done it again. only to taunt mankind, - the thinking zombie - broke into my studio, there he took a track of Phatkatz (Blues Jam) and made a soundtrack to it!
all he made only to show, how much he laughed at us two and everyone else. the thinking zombie. the new threat! protects your wives and daughters! I publish this song NOT because I want to support him. I will only point out the extent of the madness and the REAL existing risk! ---- >> In the lyric folder, there is a translation

Almost every time some ultra-special from your kitchen, Joe...
And I think that your extra twists on vocals always add the most to that level of specialty....so it's no wonder that it pisses me off when some creatures...wolfs for example, just don't dig the concept those vocals are assigned to...:)

    My big compliments______Orlando

Nice to know that you think it is a good one
I am with you when you say that this one sounds "live".
Thats one of the reasons why i loved to do some to it.
Phatkatz did realy a good job with this blues jam!

BTW - have a look in/to the lyrics :) there is/was a translation of the words ....... and in this case (this zombie fun thing) the words are made to let you smile a bit.

well melody is fine, but whats wrong with those vocals?

    joecramer
    Reply by joecramer

    Hey Tomzovic

Nothing is wrong with the vocals :)
It is a kind of a "running Joke".

Phatkatz opend last year a - lets make some things around zombies - thread. http://www.looperman.com/forum/thread/182429/looperman-zombie-apocalypse
In that case i created this -the thinking zombie- one.
Hes just a (the first) real thinking zombie and loves to make songs about humans ....... and this one is just a little track with the voice of him on Phatkatz blues jam, where he told us how easy it was to get some nice and fresh jamaican food :)

Later i will do some "normal" vocals this blues jam for sure. `Cause i dont want that this zombie thing have a to bad influence on his cool music.

    Thanks for your friendly comment

I have to ask LOL!! Is it necrophilia if they're still moving? Can Zombies get pregnant? I know in one of the Dawn of the dead movies a zombie gave birth but I think she was pregnant before becoming a zombie. I have never heard of zombies starving to death! Good question!! Do they go to the bathroom too? All that brain meat they eat, what happens to it? In world war Z they freeze solid when they go north into the frozen lands but thaw in the warmer summer months. Great questions!! We're f*kd!

They're getting way too smart!! Hide the women and children! Rotting Horde was just the Beginning of the madness! HAHAHA Good one Joe :D Did you see Dawn of the Dead where they start to learn? One gets a machine gun and starts to figure out how to use it. Thinking Zombies would be unstoppable! In world War Z (book) the U.S. army makes a stand and hits a horde with everything, artillery, airstrikes, small arms, you name it. The just keep coming, no fear! It's like they're walking into a meat grinder and it doesn't even phase them!

    Hey Phatkatz

I wanted to sing to this nice blues track some cool vocals, and now
this a##hole who calls himself - the thinking zombie - was faster....... :)

Nice to read that you liked it.

Yeah, the moment when they start thinking, isnt a good moment for humans :)
.....did you ever read any about zombies die for hunger?
I never heard any about it. So it looks like, they come (wherefrom dosent matter) and they stay dead alive for ever, until someone smashes there brain..... That must be almost the end of the evolution. Dead and alive for ever, with mind. Last step is sex and give birth to an already dead and alive zombiechild ...... oh god.....

Description : Of all the classic Monster tales the Wolfman is definitely one of the saddest. Cursed, and destined to live as both man and monster. During the day he sits alone with his guitar, a prisoner of lonely existence, crying his heart out through his music. Then at night, the beast emerges, and in the dark under a full moon, he cry's as he rips the hearts out of his victims! Such is the life of a cursed bluesman!

Description : This is a tune dedicated to my friend, Nancy, who followed me to the clubs I played at for years, and is still following me with my studio work. Why do I dedicate this to her? Description : Been away for a while. I am doing something I usually don't do with this one. Here is a blues track I put together in a day. It features everything being done by me, with improvised solos for each instrument. This was done using Fl Studio 12 and my Korg M50 keyboard. I plan on adding lyrics to it down the road and having everything much cleaner. Anyhow, enjoy!

Tags : | Blues | 8.20 MB

Description : Cosmic Eastern chillout atmospheric shuffle blues with loads of bluesy/Eastern electric guitar playing and warm sub bass (the same synth patch I've used in about 20 tracks). No drum loops and just two programmed acoustic kits - probably the simplest drum setup I've ever used. One day I hope to make a track containing only one drum kit. Also: a few female vocal samples (including a heavily timestretched one), one section of bass guitar, a few sample-based string instruments, a few notes of organ and two synth pad instruments. So, quite a minimal instrument lineup for me. It goes uptempo around 4:31 into a grooving, stomping bit of shuffle blues and I wonder if I should have brought this section back at the end for a triumphant finale. But I'm trying hard these days not to make things too long and this is already a decent length. Also contains some darker, Eastern sections but nothing too dark. Have a listen and leave me some interesting feedback - the more detail, the better.

Description : Simple blues, rough mix. Composed with my friend Costa Zbinden. We will appreciate if someone would add some vocals! Sirup: guitars. Costa Zbinden: guitars and keys. Alex Richard: bass. Claude Barbotte: Hammond. With my own drum loop (here on Looperman, genre blues).
