Description : This is a kind of funk-disco-big band number that will make you think of the 70s and 80s, if you're old enough. It has all those vintage sounds so popular in this genre. I tried to maintain the sounds of the time while still enabling some updating. Even if you had never liked disco, give this one a try. It may surprise you.

Description : Remaster and rework of older track that just didn't feel quite finished. It was lacking guitar work, and a better arrangement. I think it's in a good spot. I never did write lyrics for this, the vocal samples just seemed to fill it out pretty decently.

Many thanks, my friend. You know, I was a disco hater too, when it first emerged. I thought it would hurt us playing musicians, but I joined a 9 piece disco/funk band and I loved it. I remember having to tie my bell bottom cause it kept getting caught in the beater of my kick drum pedal! I still don't have allot of disco in my collection, but smile when I hear it on the oldies stations.

I was right there with you on being a disco hater, but I joined a 9 piece funk/disco band and learned to like it. It was really fun to play and I always love horns in a band. I just got out of the Navy and played allot of marching styles, so I really got into the different style.

I did do a short drum solo about 3:20 than a bass and drum solo. Since I'm a drummer, most of my stuff has a drum solo of some kind in them. Check out my page for them.

If you did this all by yourself, you are really awesome :D
Glad you like it and thank you for your kind words. The composition is all me, but I use live instruments with other loops and tracks. I use other musician friends when I can, and they are available.
