Wow - As far as heavy dub step goes -this really nails that sound. I really loved the build up to the drop, an I wouldnt usually like those trancey kind of sounds. but then, jeez it kicks off. Savage sound.

Now this. THIS. Everything a dubstep track should have, this is fantastic! That bass noise is what I aspire to create someday, but alas, I use GarageBand at the moment XD. Again, fantastic track, wouldn't be surprised if I saw this on UKF or VitalFM.

Thank a lot for the comment, that is really a compliment to hear that it should be on UKF
I wish you the best of luck creating your own tracks too ;)

Thought i'd drop by to see what all the fuss was about. 50 downloads usually means something pretty special and i'm liking what i'm hearing so far.
Nice trancey intro that progresses into easily the fattest bassline i've heard today.
I've never tried making this stuff but it sounds like it must take bloody ages to get everything right and you've got some seriously good ideas.
I think i'm going to have to make it 51 downloads now.
F**KING EXCELLENT TRACK!!!

I kinda lost interest in the whole dubstep thing when the formula became too predictable, and the drops seemed to have become a contest to see who can chop the most sounds and place them together the fastest. To me, it lost any musical aspect it ever had.
This track doesn't do that. This is a good track, man. It retains the melodic factor. Which is kind of the whole point of music. I completely agree with Neomorpheus in regards to the restraint. You obviously had a feel for the flow of the drop, and didn't just put in a bunch of random cuts, like I hear a lot of "producers" do. All of the different patches and synths blend together well and keep the flow nice and smooth.
My hat's off to you and your partner, there. Good work!

Take care.

Well one of my favorite producers is excision and protohype (as a dubstep producer). You could check them out if you want but maybe that is not your style.

I am to say the least really glad you could enjoy this track though, it's great to hear that this track could bring you some joy in the particular genre again ;)
My friend has more like this I believe so if you want to hear more like this just check out his soundcloud ;)

Appreciate your comments so thanks for it ;)

Hey man, pretty enjoyable listen here! I think my dubstep phase is waining currently, but I can still appreciate it as a potent expression. I like the sound of the mix and master very much! The drop was pretty strong too! You always make my ears happy, and this lives up to that expectation. Excellent work! Faved!

Hey Spivkurl,
Thanks man for the kind words, your comment means a lot to me and I appreciate that you took the time for it ;)
I understand that after listening to one genre for a long while things can start to become boring for a bit but I am happy that I could bring you a song that still brought some excitement back ;)
Thanks for the favorite ;)

I like the acid-y sounding synth a lot and its a nice melody! The bass in this sounds really well done, reminds me of knife party a bit! YOI YOI YOI!!! :) Well done man! I like it a lot.

Took me some time to get that acid synth right sounding and some automation of course haha. Thanks for the comment, I feel honored with the knife party reverence.
Glad you enjoyed ;)

Fuck yeah, awesome crazy mind-blowing dubstep! Really great, dude. Keep it up! Do not fall into the trap that the best kind of dubstep is the one without any melody and unending irritating drops and explosions or shit! But THIS ON RULES!!! :)

Awesome track JP.
I like the progression and melodic aspects. You guys also used some restraint and didn't overdo the dubstep elements which makes for a nice listenable track. That drop is sweet too. Double thumbs up on this one bro.

My first full song (10+ hrs of work) I've made in years.
I blended in a lot of Splice samples but the idea is completely original.

I know it isn't everyone's favorite genre of music but it's definitely mine

Any feedback is much appreciated

Description : If you're looking for Skrillex and his cronies, you've come to the wrong place. It's not that kind of dubstep. This track opens with a nod to my fellow Vault Dwellers and Wanderers of the Wastes, and transitions into a deep, dark celebration of the Horror movie genre. Some of you will get it. Some of you won't. Either way, I hope you all enjoy it. Thanks for listening. Take care. V.

Description : This is my new single! It's a little different style than I'd normally go for (deeper and darker), but I really liked the instrumental, which is my HakaN96, and just HAD to do something.

Let me know what you think of it! My mixing/mastering skills arent the best. I put the song under the Dubstep genre (because of the instrumental) but with all the singing i'm not sure if it's more popish or not. What do you think?

If you enjoyed the song please like my Facebook page! I would love to hear from you!
