to be honest , I don't vote this as a cinematic track .
but it's interesting .(Triad)

This is a very interesting soundscape! Whenever ambulances are mentioned, I cannot help but think of the film "Bringing Out The Dead," which is a good thing since the other option would be remembering what may have happened to me in an ambulance so many years ago. I really dig that movie... the cast was perfectly chosen, and performed well on so many levels. This reminds me of older style "audio collage" sort of things, which one might hear from Klaus Flouride, or Iris-T-Shirt (shameless, I know). I enjoyed the flow, and the unreal arrangement. Cool!

Elenea , this idea = musical expression of one daY in an ambulance is interesting ,& your track sounds imagerY because of those used background sounds .so this is certainlY cool & a valuable attempT , buT to be an usefull commenT , I should mention noT such a considered & designed musical texture , notation & chord progression happens in construction of track.in facT these are noT musical sounds which are making that image in listener's mind , & in cinematic genre , composer has a differenT role which is abouT composing music by notes & chord progressions & orchestration & arrangemenT , otherwise the person who is editing video plans too can add these background sounds with his software...even if he use a simple program for beginners like Adobe priemier... buT U're a tallented girl ( mind )whose innovative idea are so good & adorable .

This is really nice! Make me feel psychotic at first, but its an interesting track!

It does indeed sound like the soundtrack from a movie Elena...but I admit that I like it better when you start bringing the music and beat in (around 1:00 min)....interesting mix....but now I am waiting for you to get your guitar and bass out and play some of your own imagination...keep on making music....Ed

I'd say this is cinematic :D I picture the paramedics rushing around frantically, and some one injured desperately trying to call for help. Leave a detailed message after the tone. HELP!!! damnitt!!
