This is a good track but you need to bring the levels down a bit as there's quite a bit of heavy distortion going on in the bass department.
The riffs are really good and you have some great idea but i'm sure if you just dropped the master a couple of notches it would sound much better. I do like the sound selection though, it's very new school.
Glad i dropped by for a listen.

Good song.
Liked it: it has a good dark mood.
Domenico

PS: I think your music is a bit more aggressive than Roger Troutman's (by the way... what a sad story)

dansjoy4 replied 17th Jul 2013 - 13 years ago

Thanks Domenico! Yeah it was a sad story for such a talented artist in his era. As crucethus mentioned I really enjoyed some of their funk stuff. Thanks for taking the time to listen and commenting! Peace bro! =B-)

Awesome piece. Somewhere in my record collection I have "The many faces of Roger", and the 12inch single I Wanna be your man. Loved his funk work, and also his at the time revolutionary vocoding effect which he successfully introduced to hip hop (Thanks Dr Dre "California". Well done

dansjoy4 replied 13th Jul 2013 - 13 years ago

Thanks crucethus! I appreciate you listening and taking the time to comment! It means a lot and encourages me to post more stuff. Yeah Roger was legendary with the robotic vocal effects. I Wanna Be Your Man was my favorite song of his. Glad you enjoyed this piece. Your replies are always deeply respected and appreciated. ^___^

Description : Never Coming Home....
Electronic gothic track.
When I heard this acapella by ALAA EZZEDDINE I was really impressed. Ok, did lots of tweaking to make it sound properly and fit in the track. Actually his lyrics described what I have had gone through...
Enjoy and take care :) :) :)
