Heavy sub bass so I'd say this is more dub than hip hop. My problem is that there's no enough going on in the track so sounds like there should be vocals or other lead parts. The psychedelic parts you have on top are good, though.
I think this would be better if you could work some new parts in on top of the bass and drums.
