Description : years ago, i had taken part in the evacuation of suphesia. the binary stars the planet orbited were about to supernova. launching from the port city of orizomis with five thousand or so suphesians on board, i took one last look at the sprawling, majestic metropolis. orizomis connected with murise, then led into obvialt. it created the supercity of nemodatia, covering just about all of the largest continent. it would be the last time i would ever see it all. the flash from the supernova was so bright, even at 3 lightyears out i had to shield my eyes.
a practice track in using different eq-ing techniques, mid-side mastering with ozone and reverb to add depth. all loops from magix soundpool volume 12, jazz 12.
It seems over the last week I am making more new connections than I have in the past here at Looperman. I am sure I would have eventually "discovered" your work, but luckily since you stopped by my page, that "some point" is now.
I have listened to your entire Loooperman library. Your artistry is extremely impressive including your very clever song titles and creative back stories. It is very rare that after listening to one or two tracks on someone's page that I am intrigued enough to want to listen to the entire lot. It was more like taking an exciting journey than it was listening to a collection of tracks. I have faved some that REALLY spoke to me including "Anything You Want" for which I am itching to create some vocals.
dude thank you so much for those kinds words. i got your track list bookmarked for this weekend. i think listening to new music is done best in the early hours when the sky starts to get bright on saturday or sunday (or is it late at night at that point?). thanks again for the comment, and thanks for listening, much appreciated.
I don't know HALF the words you used in the little intro part of your description lol and nice..your using ozone like me. at least on this track. that eq's mid and side frequency editing really is something huh? great mastering, allows for much more air and clarity to flow through, if you know your stuff that is haha but shit man, that was really something for such a short track! i'm guessing it's you drumming! looked back on your profile...it's in your box for instruments. so just assuming. got skills ma dude! peace! and keep it up
thanks for the listen neo. the names all come from taking the latin species name for ring worms found in field mice, and switching and adding letters. i find myself using ozone on everything now. other plugins have pretty much been shelved. and no, the drums are also a loop from soundpool vol12.
super super super sick. wowwwww. talk about detail. great flow. great vibe. not sure what to make of the whole piece but it definitely leaves an impression. congratulations on making a fine piece of music.

Description : Every instrument is performed and recorder live. Piano, double bass, drums.
Instruments Used:
-"WELTMEISTER" upright piano (MADE IN GERMANY in 1938)
-"KAY" upright bass (MADE IN GERMANY somwhere in 1950th)
-TAMA Imperial Star + Pearl OMAR HAKIM snare + Various Ziljian cymbals.
I just put together some old ideas to see if it will work. Some vocals and brass, or guitars is clearly needed. Let me know what you think about it. Tnx
Description : Do not freak out just because this is jazz! There's also blues, rock, funk and a little hip hop in it to break up the deep, chillout jazz sections - gets particularly rocking then funky at the end. Main bassline (the track's foundation) is recycled leftover slide resonator guitar parts detuned one octave to make a slide bass sound. Also features: piano, violin, hammered dulcimer, organ, ethereal pad guitar, bass guitar, jazz/blues/rock electric guitar and multiple programmed acoustic drumkits. This was difficult to make at times as I thought I needed more leads parts eg from sax or trumpet. But I'm happyish with the end result. I expect very little interest in this as it's both jazz and long jazz. But it's also an unusual type of genre-mixing jazz. So, leave your thoughts, good or bad, if you like...
Description : I think it's a late evening song to accompany you for a single drink.
Jazzy in most of the aspects. It is made single handedly so please consider it an experimentation for the thrill of making music.
Hope you will like it.
Description : This track made me just stop working on it and listen to it for enjoyment.
Smooth Mellow funky Jazz. Uses: 0111003-djrumplestiltskin-swung-funk-drum-beat, 0087009-mrroads442-guitar-line, 0072485-michiel555-mellow-funk, 0058934-ferryterry-90-bpm-soprano-sax. Is this Funk or Jazz?
Description : This track contains only free loops from Stayonbeat.com and several loops from Looperman artists (listed below). I "made a promise" that my next track will be use a lot of jazzy loops - well, i done with this track, for the great sadness of jazz lovers or experts i think - i fear they will never forgive me. :) While my ISP launches my internet out of the Earth system for a long time, i had to face the fact that i dont have too much downloaded jazz loops on my computer, so i think no wonder that this one is sounds like if i smoke some marihuana while making it. But hey, who cares, i like the result - it reminds me the (maybe only) really funny episode of "Breaking Bad", where Pinkman uses some heroin and flyes up with an idiotic smile on his face - that chapter is priceless. :D
I dont think this one needs a vocal, but ofcourse you can use it if you want, and as always, just write and i will give any support as i can. Any feedback welcomed too as always. Enjoy! UPDATE 2015.10.24.: improved audio quality - lower lows, higher highs. Now in 256kbps!

Description : Something a bit different from us. I (Bobo) played guitar, synth, midi bass and percs to this piano loop by LM's most excellent Rasputin. Wataya, stoned as usual, thought he heard Barbara Streisand singing. This is the result.
Description : I created a hip hop groove in Logic and decided to duel some Saxophones. I am playing the Baritone sax on the left pan and the Tenor Sax on the right pan.
I added some bells like a boxing match bell to give it a fight drama feel. The hip hop track itself is dope to me. The duel is cool too. Who won?
