Community Guidelines

As an attempt to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users, we have established the following community guidelines. These guidelines outline acceptable and unacceptable behavior, content, and interactions among community members.

Respect Others

Treat others with respect. Personal attacks, name-calling, intimidation, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in a warning or suspension of your account.

Constructive Criticism

When posting comments on other users content offer constructive criticism aimed at helping others improve. Avoid disparaging or belittling comments.

Accepting Criticism

Respond to feedback on your content with maturity. Respond constructively or ignore the comment if necessary. Do not retaliate with attacks, abuse or provoke further argument; doing so may result in the comment or related content being suspended or deleted.

Remember, you can choose to block a user. This prevents that user from posting on your content. To block a user you must be logged in and then click the link on their profile page. You can also prevent comments altogether on tracks.

Collaboration and Sharing

Foster a spirit of collaboration. Share your knowledge, resources, and skills generously to help others grow.

Relevance

Ensure content is relevant and worthwhile. For example, spam comments with unrelated links or self-promotion will be deleted, and your profile may be flagged for spam, potentially resulting in a loss of posting privileges.

Content Quality

Ensure that the content you upload is of reasonable quality and adds value to the community. Low-quality or irrelevant content may be removed.

Content Categorization

Use appropriate categories and tags when uploading content to ensure it is easily discoverable and relevant to those interested.

Readability

Avoid using ALL CAPS or excessive punctuation, as it makes content harder to read and may lead to its removal.

Language

Please post in English only. Use a translation service if English is not your native language.

Spam

Keep the community spam-free. Prohibited content includes promotional, commercial or irrelevant content; multiple instances of the same content; irrelevant or dangerous URLs and any transmission of malware or viruses. Users found to posting spam may have their accounts suspended or limited.

Multiple Accounts

We only allow a single account per user. There should never be a need to create a duplicate account. All aspects of your account can be updated on your settings pages. If for some reason you do have more that account contact us to have them merged. Users found to be creating multiple accounts may see their duplicate accounts suspended.

Piracy / Warez

Do not promote, seek, or distribute cracked, stolen, or pirated software or music. Posting links to torrent sites or any attempt to obtain or distribute copyrighted material unlawfully will lead to profile suspension.

Crowdsourcing

Avoid comments, messages or content soliciting likes for your social media pages, YouTube channels, or personal sites. Such posts are considered spam.

Adult / NSFW content

If your uploads contain content that may be deemed of an adult nature or that would be classed as NSFW (not safe for work) be sure to label it as such. While we don't want to restrict creativity consider if your uploads are suitable before posting.

Inappropriate Images

Do not post images that include nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or other inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, depictions of serious injury or death, hate speech, discriminatory content, harassment, bullying, threats, illegal activities, excessive gore, or shock content intended to disturb.

Religion & Politics

As everyone has differing opinions on the subject of religion or politics it can more often then not result in arguments or misunderstandings. While everyone is entitled to their own views on religion and politics, Looperman is not the place to push these views on others or to deny someone else their beliefs. Please avoid posting content that promotes or disparages religious or political beliefs, and refrain from engaging in debates on these topics. Respect the diverse views and backgrounds of other community members to maintain a harmonious environment.

Violence and Bullying

Do not threaten, harass, or bully other users. This includes the use of profanity to abuse others.

Hate Speech

Do not post content that promotes hatred toward any group based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity.

Profanity

Where possible refrain from using vulgar or offensive language. What may seem acceptable to you may not be to others. Remember, the site is used by all age groups, including schools and colleges.

Impersonation

Do not impersonate others or engage in misleading behavior.

Diss Tracks / Acapellas

Do not post content that is intended to attack or abuse others. We do not allow the posting of so called "Diss Tracks" or acapellas.

Slander

Avoid making false or malicious statements, spreading unverified information or damaging someone's reputation. All interactions should be respectful and factual, contributing positively to the community. The content posted by users on Looperman reflects their own opinions and views.

Private & Confidential Information

Do not publish unauthorized private or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, driver’s license numbers, or any other non-public information. Remember that when you do post it will be viewable by the public so only reveal what you are comfortable sharing.

Misleading Information

Do not post false or misleading information. Ensure that your contributions are accurate and truthful.

Respect Intellectual Property

Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you feel that content posted is in breach of your copyright please follow the procedure to file a DMCA report.

Report Violations

If you encounter behavior or content that violates these guidelines do not engage or escalate the situation and where necessary contact us.

Removal Of Content

As per our Terms & Conditions we reserve the right to remove content or suspend or terminate accounts without notice, at our sole discretion, at any time, without warning, question or explanation for any reason we see fit.
