NB,
Interesting piece of music. The composition was clean and neat but I found it getting repetitive near the end. If I may be so bold to a fellow Canuck, I would shorten it to around the 3:14 mark. I think instead of producing this as a 5 1/2 minute track, I would take your ideas and make a shorter more effective composition. Classical is always intricately busy or at least building to a crescendo/finale, etc.
Mark.
DRO,
Very nicely done. Great production, killer vocals, intelligent use of guitar effects and the list goes on. Fav'd.
Oh and BTW, easy to spot the influence David Gilmour had on your leads. Nice.
Mark.
Hey MWR,
great honor for me to know that David Gilmour himself could have influence at this track, wish i could ask him self:)
in fact i am surprised about this massive good reviews about this track, next rock projekts build up with live guitars and vocals hope i can get that much credit for it as for my work without live instruments, we´ll see!!,thanks you could turn in and have a listen, realy appreciate your review, all the best,
DRO
I shoulda known going into this track listed adult content lol. It works tho.
Not my regular genre but if that is you rapping, it was right on time.
Mark.
Thanks bro, thoughts are kind of all over the place on this because these are the type of tracks I use to branch out and build ideas for content for other songs.
Pat,
Never heard this style before…fascinating. Your mastering skills are improving. The whole thing was like a bit of an emotional roller coaster. Enjoyed.
Mark.
Hey Mark, thanks for stopping in to listen! I guess I'm surprised you haven't heard acid, but then again not as it's not as popular as it used to be, and even then it was usually underground. It's a recent addition to the genres on Looperman too. I was happy that it became the most commented acid track on looperman after two days. Thank you for the support regarding mastering! I've been trying some new things both in mixing and mastering lately, so it's good to hear. The day of posting this track was like the culmination of a several month long emotional roller coaster ride, so I guess that makes sense. I think I'm on the ground and in the straightaway now though, so that's cool. Thank you very much for listening my friend!
RW,
I enjoy some good house now and then and this was in my opinion beyond good.
So fellow Canuck, I heard some screaming guitars in that mix in my head and was giving my Les Paul the eye.
Hit me up if interested.
Oh, Fav'd BTW.
Mark.
Steve,
Beautiful track. I share our loss with you. Lost my mom when she was 49 to cancer. The track made me reflect on that. This song is emotionally safe.
Mark.
Hi Mark. 49 is so young. I lost my Dad to cancer when he was 61 and I felt so robbed so I can only imagine your experience. Also I have learned that loosing your Mum is so much different to your Dad. Something connective in life. I think music is the greatest language when it comes to such deep moments in life and its universal.
Thanks for your kind comments.
Hey Mark, thanks for the positive feedback! Sorry it took so long to respond, was busy with loopradio, but no more. I guess you could call it political. It was primarily a response to people giving me crap for uploading too many loops...heh. Thanks much friend!
Very well done.
Your voice suits the song perfectly. The music business can be real rough and that is why I chose to never go pro. This song was very well written and performed. Fav'd.
Mark.
Thank you Mark for taking the time to listen. You are right about being a rough buisness and thats why i sing for my personal enjoyment . If someone feels or relates to something i have done thats a bonus for me. Thank you for the Fav'd.

Dude, I am with Neil re the vocals. I understand the spontaneity thing believe you me but this could be one epic ass tune! BTW, indica agrees with this song.
Mark.
Hey friend! Thanks for the kind review! Once things in my life get less hectic, I may just try the vocals again. I like to listen to this song when I'm smoking too. Thanks again!
