Fantastic tribute and a super bit of music Bilbozo...words fail me a bit tonight but this one just talks to me...love it...still got a binch of cassette albums of Gary`s & nothing to play them on any more...either have to find the cd equivalents or just play them into my daw...absolutely great..best thing I have listened to in a long time....Ed
Picturesque...is the word that comes to mind...man, you have a knack for this kind of music...for some reason I find this one just sinks into the mind like the peace & beauty we all wish was there more often...Fantastic brillbilly...love it...and thank you for another DL I`ll be listening to again for a while....Ed
It's you masters of chillout that just keep me craving more!.
If these sounds i put together can please, then what more could i ask for.
I really do thank you, and all the others that keep giving me very kind remarks, like i've said befor i find it at times a bit overwhelming.
I just put sounds on lines, twiddle a few knobs, push my graphic equilizer up and down a bit and listen to the end result.
Thank you so much for taking time to listen and comment!.
and thank you so much for thinking its good enough to download.
I`m thinking it took a lot of patient creativity to bring this composition together...its the kind of building sound(s) that Pink Floyd would have been noted for back in the day....just a great bit of musical work guys...further proof that collabs can just multiply the talent....much enjoyed....Ed
Hi Ed thanks for stopping by. It's been a pleasure to work with Spivkurl and experiment with sounds. I'm really very pleased that you enjoyed this track.
very nice bit of musical work on this one andre778...the vocals are really well done too...but really like you used the stting pad & stabs combination in the rhythm backing...has a nice laid-back modern pop vibe....well done...Ed
brillbilly....this piece of musical art deserves all the words that have been written about it and more...this is just superb...I can`t imagine how long it may be untill I head another piece of music this appealing...food for the mind & soul...beautiful work....Ed
Wow all these compliments,im getting all choked up!
Thank you so much Ed!
I never expected such inspiring kind words, thoughts and feedback.
You looperpeeps are too kind!
When i came here,i was just looking for a few free loops to keep my hobby fresh.
I never anticipated people Downloading my own work, as i dont seek fame, fortune,or even airplay!.... it's just a hobby.
But i did think,If any one else liked it,they were more than welcome to download.
I just thought i could put loops on lines, play about abit and see what transpired!,and to this day i still really do that, but with more playing about and twisting and pushing a few more buttons, lol.
Thank you Ed,im blown away for sure!
If more people in the world had time to love, and not go along with the media and hate.
This world could be one hell of a beautiful paradice!
wonderful piece of musical art DjoeGio...outstanding musical accompaniment really does wonders for the pictures and is aomething that has always caught my attention...in fact my wife & I went to see "Blue Nile" at the IMax theatre twice just so we could listen to the great soundtrack in 5.1 stereo...this one would certainly catch my attention....well done...much enjoyed...and the best of luck with the project....Ed
Hi danbo...really eclectic mix of sounds here...across genres perhaps, but they all feel like they were meant to live together in this composition...very creative danbo....enjoyed it...nicely done...Ed
Thanks Tumbleweed, very nice words.
I've chnaged some lines, adding more guitar riffs and the instrumental end.
I wish you pass trough the difficulties to edit your creations (CD)!
Soon
first disco track I have heard in a while...definitely got a mover here..Patricia`s vocals are(as always great) and you did a really nice job on the accompaniment...classic good...Ed
I`m hearing some of your influences jfw...but mostly I`m hearing some dm good music...nice musical structure...thoughtful composing & good sounding production....I think that makes the whole thing really good..and comes with reminders of some good music....Ed
I read the name of knew I had to hear this one...and then I read the rest of your commentary & just had to smile...I started recording my own stuff on tape in the 80s when band days were over and making a living was the priority..It was Hank on came on the big screen (in a small town ) back in the day..in one of those Cliff Richard movies (Summer Holiday, I think) and sent me home thinking..man I just have to get one of those Strats and learn to play....So this one brought back some great memories that I still cherish bbedford48...if there were a point rating system this tune would get them all from me...definitely comes with that soul-dripping vibe...well done...and thank you...very much enjoyed...Ed
Let no one ever accuse you of doing "In the box" commercial music Sergej...I hope for the future that artists will be doing their own music, their own way for those who may want to share the experience....like the music you seem to come up with...kudos to you....well done again.....Ed
thank you my frend for this words...I'm haveing good fun, thats all what is counting for me...and somethime could be listenable...
However, after I unswer you and some kind guys like you are who were posting comments here, I'll delite this - I made a little corection on the end and I believe that's better like this...
Stay good..!

I like it 520....orchestral music with a nice chord prog and a few keys to embellish the melody seems to get my attention every time...cool beat & bass helps out too....well done...enjoyed the listen...Ed
Antero has great vocal character luisarz...and your accompaniment is really good...It is nice to find these gems around the Loop....well done guys.....Ed
Chill to the max...this is what its about KnoppKnopp...great chord prog & really like the pianos here..This was a grear listen...great bit of musical artistry.....well done....Ed
Bonjour danbo...a very interesting track...definitely flows through a variety of mind pictures for the listener...Bravo for your musical imagination and the creative talent to keep my ears perked until the last note....well done...Ed
Thanks for your kind words, you, yes you, great creative brain.
When I compose, I don't think music, I feel music and not. That is to say that I 'm in the music and in the effects of the sounds together. What interests me is the impact of the sounds like anamophousis do with 2D pictures. My question, when I compose is : "What can be subtil after this loop, this sequence of this phrase. Which impression or feeling, I want to reveal. So, even if I try to build a structure, I let my feeling choose how to compose. The instinct is good!
Thanks
I don`t remember the 80s sounding this good brillbilly (mind you, I was distracted by other things most of that decade)...Its got the musical structure & melody strength that old school was so good at (and that has disappeared from a lot of modern stuff). To my mind this is good music in any decade you want to slot it...I could stand a whole lot more of this....super bit of work my friend....much enjoyed.....Ed
I just wanted to make a track that has that easy listening factor!
From all the awesome replys i've had regarding this sounding 80's,
i think i just may have captured that middle of the road, soft rock feel,
but i could well have ended up making this sound 70's lol.
Thanks so much for dropping in and taking time to leave such a nice review.
I just make what i feel like making,so next week it could be folk/acoustic/ambient/chillout/trance/cinematic/RnB lol
I will only know when what ever mood im in takes me!
Thank you again for posting you very kind comments!
All i ever wanted was just one other person to like some of my music,i never expected so many in such a short time!
I`d call it experimental Vis...the kind of stuff that is just fun to do and conjures up pictures for the listener...The intro reminded me of morning at our country B&B last time we were back in N Ireland (near my old hometown...the birds...a rooster crowing somewhere (everything but the dog)...& from there it went to driving like crazy around those little narrow roads on the Antrim coast (wrong side of the road for me now) with the radio on....Ha...good stuff mate...interesting in the best of ways....keep on....Ed
Hiya Ed, good to hear from you and I hope all is well? Thanx for taking time to listen & review my friend. I'm glad this track conjured up images for you. It was my take on, mainly, England but also Britain in general and all the celebrations that have taken place so far this year (Queens jubilee, Olympics etc). There is a dark side to the green & pleasent land I live in but also a vibrant & positive side. LOL the one thing I did leave out was the rooster crowing. Time to go and find one and add it to the mix. Thanx again mate for your kind & supportive words.
Bravo jfw...I am old enough to have played covers of this one...recorded a cd for an old bandmate who is still attached to many of those great old instrumentals a couple of years ago and this is one of the tracks we did...great job on this one...superbly performed, and for me the bonus of some good memories....great job guys.....Ed
Thanks for the listen Ed. I guess I'm a bit like your mate in my tastes - I love well written melodic tunes and to get those you often have to go retro/vintage.
