Well you know Wayne, We can both do cool, but when plain ol cool aint enough, You need to hire......"The V Team"
I'm glad you enjoyed this bit of cobbled together audio mayhem collaboration.
It's always good to hear your opinions.

Very nice, soothing. Good title, I think we all can feel some kind of emotion listening to this. Good meditation type music. This just lowered my blood pressure a couple hundred points, lol.
Pretty cool track, nice production also. I'm not into rap but since I've been a member here I been giving it a listen and I can really appreciate it more these days. The bass is wicked, a bit wobbly. Very well done, impressive, heavy. Very cool vocal hook too.
Hi, Wayne. I guess rap is like races it usually takes time to find understand and appreciate others ways but my brother here we are. HaruTune makes a nice track! Thank you for your time and kind words.Meic
I like the straight forward bass you have, it's consistent and sets a certain attitude so you can add the the synth embellishments. I realize you just threw this together but I really like it, sounds like early new wave music from the late eighties.
Thanks, I used to go out and party to a lot of this kind of stuff when i was a wee lad. I've been trying to move away from it it recent times. Mainly because most people don't seem to "get it"
I can't actually believe it even scored a comment if i'm honest (let alone 2 downloads) as it was the whole of about two hours work.
Thanks for the DL, I'll be visiting your page a little later.
FR
You are def coming into your own realm of musical existence. Your music lately has risen and is reaching new levels, keep it up. Did you go straight in with the bass, did you use any vst amp? I'm always trying to learn how people get their "sound" when it comes to guitars and basses.
Sure, I could hear this in a cinematic setting, to show a passage of time while someone does something like builds or creates something or tries to solve a mystery or crime. Nicely put together, the less is more approach is something I live by and works here.
Keep up the good work, always fun to hear your creations!
i recorded it directly into Live, but used 2 waves plugins: Znoise and MaxxBass on the fx chains as well as a free compressor plug called Thrillseeker which i find excellent...the upper octaves of course have a bunch of reverb and delays added as well, all native Live fx...thanks for the listen wayne and your fine words, much appreciated as always!....
I can't say I know a lot about dance genres and electronic music but I do know a good track when I hear it. This is pretty cool, I'm not sure who it reminds me of but I know I liked that too, lol. Your thread is kicking butt, certainly an attention getter, just wish I thought of it first. Any way, this is a very well put together, I like her voice. Well done!
Thanks mate, yeah that thread was quite an attention grabber. If you wanted to do it yourself then just substitute the word "Norweigan" for "Swedish" and i bet it would work just as well.
in fact there's plenty of nations left to work our way through so it could be a running gag for a while.
I'm glad you liked the track. i tried to comment on yours a while back but there was something wrong with my browser.
I'll have another go in a bit.
FR
Great vocals and just the right amount of music to accompany it. It can be so tempting to keep adding instruments but this is just perfect. I also love the percussion, are those bongos?
Thanks for stopping by and listening. Your comments are very much appreciated - thank you. It's some congas you can hear but I hope far enough back in the mix not to overpower anything. I understand what you mean about "the right amount of music" and you are so right, it can be very tempting just to keep adding instrumentation. You have to know when to stop I think and leave a bit of space for it all to breathe. Glad you liked the solo too - I just can't resist an opportunity to include one in a song!!
I like this, it has a great rhythm to it. Some interesting short hits of the horn and short guitar fills, everything works really well together. Nice choice of instruments here, sounds like you used every one, quite a selection and great to listen to. Another great one Vicen!
Thank you very much Wayne. I love you like the mix, coming from you is a compliment I treasure with pride. Thanks for your feedback ... We keep hearing ...
This is pretty nice, the music and the lyrics are perfect for each other. I like your approach to this by using spoken word, it really works great here.
I like it, especially how it builds and breaks down. I have the same issue, I write so many songs that end up as instrumentals cuz I never get to writing the lyrics. I hope you get some written and recorded here. Nice one, can't wait to hear it finished!
Hey Wayne, so sorry for not getting back to ya sooner, just pop on here a bit and noticed I never thank you for giving an ear! always many thanks for positive creative reforcement on the loop!
Hey Cass, good to hear a new one. This is seriously cool, ok, I'm diggin' this. Everything about this track is great, your best work to date, imho. Mix sounds great, so great that I am gonna dl this so thanks so much rastabeatl!
Wayne! hi man, been too long...hey you need to check this site called WikiLoops, so up your alley i think, an online collab site where you post your part and pass to the next, changing my whole world...thanks for the review and dl, you know where to find me...smmr
Hey Ste, been a while since I've seen ya. I didn't know you played guitar. I forget to use a metronome all the time, haha. Stinks because you can't go back and add a drum loop unless you get into warping the acoustic track in Ableton or playing it by hand. Not bad at all for a first try. Now you need to add some strings and try your hand at singing. Pretty soon you'll be the next James Taylor. :)
Well I hope you are feeling better, keep on rockin'!
Not been playing for a massive length of time, only really been mucking about with it since late August/early September.
As for strings, sure, but I'm gonna pass on the singing. Generally dislike my voice, can't tend to snap to notes properly and miss them by about a quarter of a semitone :P
Anyways, as for the whole illness thing, I've been walking myself to school, slowly just recovering from sitting around for pretty much three weeks. Shouldn't be too long till I'm able to pick up my electric (because I don't like to record whilst sitting :P)
I like the thought behind the track. Very trippy and creatively put together. I agree with FR that the vocal should come out more but overall this is an interesting track and very cool to listen to.
Thankyou my friend for the listen and review. I'm glad that you found it creative, because that is where I'm trying to go with my music. I hear what you're saying about the vocals, but they're not the big part for me lol Anyways, thanks very much.
Great track, I love this kind of music. It has a Lucky Dube feel to it meaning it has a very positive upbeat Caribbean feel to it. Get work producing this around the awesome pella, Patricia is so talented. Sounds awesome, gonna dl this so thanks!
Your music really does capture deep dark emotions in a cinematic way. Loved the female vocal choir pads, nice touch. Impressive piece and sounds great as well. This has an orchestral influence for sure which in my opinion really hits the heartstrings and gets the blood pumping. Very cool track!
Thanks i was going for that type of music where it gets your blood pumping and I decided not to hold back on the vocals this time and go for that epic feeling. Glad you like it and thanks for the listen and comment have a good day and take care =)
You have a very pretty voice, nice backups as well. As I am listening it sounds like the vocals are only in the left channel though. I would suggest centering them to fit the stereo field a little better and it will sound fuller, imo. Other than that it's a nice composition and I enjoyed listening to it.
Cool track, I don't claim to know a lot about house music but I just liked the track. The vocals were effective and it was a track that would definitely get people on the dance floor.
Dang man, you have some talent putting a song together. This sets such a somber mood. Reminds me a bit of a Sarah Mcglachlan piece. Emotional and peaceful, intriguing and wonderful, just to give a few words to describe this. Thanks for sharing this!
Thanks ever so much for stopping by and commenting. I really appreciate it. It's a great vocal track and Amelia June has fantastic timbre to her voice. I was trying to be very careful I didn't destroy any of that in the process of producing the track. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks again.
Boy, I hear so many musical influences in this track from a few different decades. Nat's vocals are great and really open the door for such a track. Nice mix and quite a catchy tune. My only suggestion is a little more pop in the drum track. I think I will dl this one cuz it's just that good! Thanks. I'll check out some more of your material, impressed!
Yes there are many decades I can choose from for influence!! Not sure I understand what "a little more pop on the drums" means but I'll have another listen today and see what I can hear. All these decades of listening must be taking it's toll!! Thanks again.
