Great stuff to brighten up my morning. The intro is a tad long maybe, but once you get to the first drop at 1:16 it's all rewarded, and I love the modulation at 3:51, that feels like a real climax.
Good job!
Lovely as always Luvroxu. The bit around 1:40 sounds like something you could sing or write some lyrics to. I think you can get to the next stage and add vocals to your tracks :)
Some lovely cool jazz sounds. Some of the effects (the ping pong stereo around 0:45) are a bit much for me, and I think it's a bit minimalistic now in some places, but it would be ideal for a nice vocal I think.
Start singing baby :)
I appreciate the feedback BaoBou! On some of my more recent projects, I've been trying to push myself more to sing so hopefully that starts to fill in the gaps :)
Absolutely lovely Michael. AnD is getting and better with every track and this is a great vocal; and you gave it a perfect latin inspired track, Mana style. Top job.
I'm listening to this with freezing temperatures outside (and inside, my radiator is broken) - but this is putting a smile in my face and some warmth in my toes. Great job!
My tip is always: YOU :)
There are loads of great beats here that never get turned into a rap. There's so many of us who claim we can't sing and we can't rap and we don't do that because it's too scary, but you know what? If you try it once, good. If you try it 10 times, you'll get better. If you try it 100 times... You might even start to like it :)
Good luck!! It's a lovely beat, now tell your story!
There's a lot of good stuff here, quite aside from the rap. The jazzy song is very good, the rap is good, the scream is also good - I'm just not 100% convinced they all work together. But I definitely want to hear more of your melodies! Goed werk!
Thanks for the listen BB. Appreciated. The saxophone is made up of probably, 30 random loops and spliced into melodies. Also doubles with plugin Zenolgy Synths on midi tracks. Roland Zenology is an awesome sounding synth system with so many choices. Thanks again for taking the time to listen and comment. UE
One of the nicest things on this site is when I start a track, think "oh that's not my style" and then start headbanging because it is just a BANGING TUNE!!
This track is fire my friend. Hands in the air like I just don't care! (which is hard to type, but ok)
So the Dissonance is from :41 to 1:20 with the delayed chord strikes, The Phrygian (M.E. Style) would be the guitar solo, which I added a cool effect using Volcano VST3.
The bass is fire - kudos from a fellow bass player. Well, that's not true I guess - I own and play my bass - you make funky love to it.
Excellent stuff man. Hit me up if you would ever be up for a collab!
That's a really good track Dubjoka. You matched the rap really well. Very good vibe, and I also like what you did for the intro and around 2:00-2:10. Good job!
I was trying to hear if this is played live? (yay) or whether any midi/plugins were involved? The chords sound very real, the single note melody for some reason less so.
Anyway, good job, and I was also thinking about how you posted this a couple weeks before the entire world needed a "get well soon" message very urgently.
I'd say send them unprocessed.
I feel it's mostly one loop repeated 3 times? If that's easier you can also send me the basic loops. I just feel I need to sing a song in the style of Antonis Remos (my favourite Greek singer).
