I would look at the stereo panning of the vocals, focus them... Try a mid/side converter and get them very center, but then! Try an place them over the top.

yeah, the EQing on the drums and on the bass is WAY off on this track from the sound I originally wanted, simply due to the fact that when this was originally made in 2009 I didn't even know how to EQ (well, except for on EQUO on the pad sequence thing, but I don't think that counts)
The EQ part that you described was fl studios EQUO plugin with some automation on the band shifter. I just analyzed the pad then shifted it, nothing too special but I thought it sounded nice.. still do, its an effect I think I need to retry.

lol, I know I use chimes alot. I can't help it, there is just something about them. All the time when Im layin in bed I listen to my wind chimes outside and it's soothing to me. But then again a rain drop is music to my ears. I will make a track without them it's gonna kill me but i will really try. LOL, thx for the kind words on ur review. Iv'e got the protools Mbox sitting boxed, but i need to really get my hard drive and computer organised before i set it up, otherwise i will just kill my computer lol
