Description : ok so on this one im looking for some constructive crit.. some major go ahead and rip on this please lol.. its a 3 way collab between me oasis duke and sierra,, which is starting to sound rather nice.. i just want some advice on the guitars and how to make them sound authentic and any other critisism too.. the harsher the better.. hope you enjoy :) ok so ive tweaked this to the best of my ability and only swish i could play the guitar.. huge props to all you rockers on here.. its soo hard to get an authentic sound.. Ok final tweak i made the vocals dry on this, took the chorus on the vox and kicked it to the curb. Hope it sounds better..

Pretty nice man. Im listening in headphones right now and notice the vocals are mainly in the left channel. I would center the vox and widen the stereo image to give it that full professional feeling. This song instantly stuck in my head. Wish it wouldnt have ended so abruptly,...was feeling it build up and was expecting it to really rock out.
If you want I wouldnt mind getting the vox in there proper like for ya if you wanna send me the files. My e mail is conan_swanson@yahoo.com if you are interested.
I would look at the stereo panning of the vocals, focus them... Try a mid/side converter and get them very center, but then! Try an place them over the top.
JEssuzzz that's an awesome accapella.
Feeeuck. lol
BUt yea, the drums need to be way more forefront man, in my humble opnion. I would put them way forward in the mix, and then base everything else upon that.
Just my opinion.
MAN? Can I be honest with you?
I really really like your production style, and this one is like... kinda shocking.. I LOVE IT, don't get me wrong.. I am like.. PROUD of you for doing this, but why does this sound soo off
*BTW, I am listening with headphones.
That being said... I want you to know this is amazing.
This is great.
ON them vocals, MONO
Bring drums forefront and the focus, guitar is ok, but I would happily do this lol
Bass is great.
There's too much focus.. I like my stuff very mono and then do panning after the fact!!!
BUT please know I do everything by headphones.
thanks for the review dude.. the vocals themselves were recorded on a mobile i think so its really hard to make em up to top notch standard, but i will get on the guitar.. thanks again matey
hey man thanks for the review.. I think i gotta find some medium on the vocals.. i had too much chorus on them before and took it all off, i may need to tweak em again.. so thanks for the crit man glad you liked
Nothing can take the place of a well played guitar through an amp, it's a hard sound to reproduce electronically, imo. I liked the track, overall was cool and the vox was well done.
You may want to try some effects like a simple delay, tremelo or reverb to make it have a sense of movement, it sounded a bit flat, some kind of modulation would be nice. You could also try doubling the track, pan them left and right and do a slightly different effect on each one. So many options really, it's an open track right now, anything is possible now!
Organ might sound good on this. A little hihat in syncopation with the drum might work. Look forward to the finished song.
thank you for the constructive i took what you said into consideration, and have adapted the song accordingly, will post it up later.. thanks again dude
Not sure how to help you with the guitar sound, i struggle with it myself. However, this song is completely epic, and i loved every second of it. Fav'd and downloaded for sure man, great job once again and keep up the good work. -Gabe
I love this song..I don't know anything about guitar programs but this is very good...A real guitar would rock this completely,it is a great tune with great vocals.
Is this 7/8. I like it! The guitar sounds a little Mr Roboto in spots, but the base of the track is excellent! I'd love to hear a real guitar (nothing compares to the real thing when it comes to a rock guitar) and better drums... but thats just because it would polish this superb track up to what it deserves!
hey thanks for the review.. ive adapted the drums and tryied to tweak the guitars the best i could gonna post it back up later.. tell me whant you think peace
If Only me comp worked i would be on this collabo like
well... me on a plate of dog meat! Some stringz would be nice C,
bit you know imma stringz whore... lol

Description : This is my newest creation, at a stage very near to completion. No third-party mastering or mixing, as with all my tracks. Just have to fix a few tiny things. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MIX EVERYTHING IN THE SAME SESSION. This song has all human-played instruments - no quantization or MIDI! My brother does all the vocals except for the interlude part, which I do. My other brother plays the rhythm guitar (a Gibson Les Paul Custom - only one of 12 in the world!!) and I play the accompanying guitar (a Johnny Mar Jag and PRS). He has a lot of guitars :P A good friend of ours, Ronnie, plays the bass and another friend, Freddie, plays the drums. The drum track was done in one take (had to use an electric drum set due to time constraints - but acoustic kits are so much better). Overall, pretty satisfied with the result. Let me know your thoughts.
Description : Feel free to check out the lyrics video on YT as well :) This is a new track based on the great vocals by Ashes and Dreams! Again, a mix of electronic/progressive/rock, any feedback is welcome
Description : The first track I sing on. Cheap stage mic & no fancy plugins. Heavily guitar laden to the point it's got a bit of a shoegaze thing going on. I pulled the lyrics out of my ass & yes, they're a bit silly.
Description : Produced by me. Vocal by singer from Croatia.
It will be released in few months.
I wanted to offer this song to a singer from LM community but she refused me before i even offered it to her.
I was actually inspired by Richard Shekaris work in here few months ago for this song.
It was meant to be in Latin at first but we found up it's much easier to do it in Italian with almost same effect.
This is all made in FL, no live instruments played , it's all electronic.
Love and peace.
Description : This song was not supposed to be the fourth track of "Diverse waves", but it finally is. Anyway it's a rock oriented track with some interesting sounds. I hope you like it. Worked in zenbeats DAW, by Roland.
Description : BIG UPDATE 26/02/2014 - So, this was an 18 min track that I have now successfully split in two. 2nd half I uploaded a few weeks ago (Things That Should Always Be, with the bouncy 2 min reggae intro). This is the first half, which has a new mix, a mega chill, meditative ending and a little jazz thrown in for good measure. Takes a few minutes for beat to really kick in. Constantly evolving electric guitar, bass guitar, acoustic drums and lead banjo driven by fat, busy 80BPM grooves with a bit of a reggae and shuffle feel. Also: synth choir voices, dulcimer, violin, cello, shimmering pads. Builds up gradually to nice and rocking and then gets taken back down for the big comedown chill. I really don't know what sort of genre this is except 'far out'. I think it sounds more like a live band than one guy playing instruments and manipulating a DAW. Not my best track but a bit of blissful, sunny island fun. Real positive vibe here so I hope you give it a chance to unfold and unfurl. Sit back, clear your schedule and immerse yourself in these trippy sonic experiments cooked up deep in my off-planet underground laboratory. I have to send the MP3 to Earth via space courier (not cheap).
Description : This track was like the inhale after an exhale of aggressive industrial-electro-sludge tracks that I had put out that summer and fall. This was the more reserved, and introspective winter track. It's nothing spectacular, but I still really enjoy it. I hope you do too. Take care. V.

just add a little more warmth to track and loudness to the guitar in a grunge type way LOL
