Unmistakenly theHumps that voice never fails to impress, hope your getting well on the way to recovery i want Wayne playing an singing in the old saloon bar with his harmonica too
I listened to this & felt compelled to comment, this is outstanding! work! The track absolutely opens up the imagination & gives it wings fly & also to feel the vibes running through the track of what it would be like. Not to mention the amazing lyrics that gives flesh to it all. The picture is clear & and this is seriously deep. TOP! Work
What an awesome track my friend ... listened it when I heard that Mr. Charlie Watts was gone ... I think it's like he's drumming ... what a timing ... thanks Wayne ...
handshake, Danke
Another cracker from you Wayne, I really like your tone the lyrics are witty and amusing, your style is you. I love percussion, but getting it just right can be a ball ache especially cymbal's, I've got some Foley loops in amongst them is a great card ruffle, would have been great for this
Another very cool track - Im wondering if the percussion could be up a bit in the mix (but am sure you experimented with it already knowing your expertise with the sound production - I should put my headphones on probably!!) was half expecting some claps for emphasis. I like it
First off I have ringing in both my ears so that affects how I perceive high freqs. Second, I've found that if you let cymbals and tambo's(higher freq instruments) get too loud they can overtake your mix so lately I've been trying to just fit them in the mix more subtly.
Honestly, I wasn't even going to add the tambo, last min addition to add some high freqs that seemed to be lacking in the mix.
Yes! If only Wolfman Jack was a singer, hmmm, lol. You edged him out for sure. Well done! This is all folk music to me. The harmonica and room acoustics are amazing. Sensational songwriting skills.
Wayne, that’s a cool lift from boon, rip. songwriting at it’s finest, man, every time. reminds of when alt-country wasn’t just a pose, alas. i love this diamond-in-the-rough.
Boon? Not sure who they are or who he is. I didn't go nuts adding guitars, was thinking of some electric, twangy fills but left it more towards the folk/country side of things.
You are a rare talent. When does the movie come out? Any time you can visualize what the vocalist is saying in a production you have a Hit song. Great track. PEACE. T576 OUT.
The movie actually ends with the gunslinger riding off into the sunset, a little bit richer for his efforts. Then a meteor from deep space comes down and squashes him against a saguaro cactus. Song was getting long so I left that part out, lol!
Wayne had to come back, reading your answer to Jynxz, on the harmonica, it was you bro, love the sound of that small instrument, as I do a Jews harp, even more impressed now this listen.
I watched D Boon from the Minutemen in a live clip say the line "6 points of view" describing a gun and suddenly a light bulb went off over my head. Figured I could run with that as a premise to a song.
Wow mate,
As my friend, Robin said above"the way it's structured played and the story behind it is an ace man you did it again. Jammy hfjhg"
Cracking track my friend.
Well done

I think the piano has a strong vocal melody. Really hope to hear the lyrics you had for it.
I always enjoy listening to your roots rock and punk. This is an interesting change up too.
Good work man!
Thanks man! I tried at times to make the piano be the lead melody with the guitar responding to it and then gave the guitar the lead and let the piano respond.
The lyrics just worn't working with the direction of the music, too political i think, better for a rocked up protest song.
Crystal CLEAR man! You really have talent man. Your guitars are breathtaking. Great morning song to get up to and jam with. songs like these just clears your mind and make a person feel good. Great work of love there on the strings man.
I say there, my good man. What an exquisite tune with amazing clarity. A very charming folksy tune. A time long before the boom-boom of today's music. This was an excellent listen. Well done my good sir!

Thanks! I like songs that have a fun, twisted or interesting tales to tell. Been trying to work more on the telling of stories in my songs.
That loop might have been fit in there somewhere, never thought of looking for those types of sounds to add.
