Description : The song features top vocals from Looperman member Braindedmusic.The song is about how this guy is fed up, feeling down and tired of the city, with a contrasting uplifting chorus.
It has a really catchy flute melody as the main looped sample.
I added a variation of the main flute beat to climax upto the chorus and then changed to the second flute sample.
This is the final mastered version!!

Description : Sunday 120527: Added some new backup vocals. Enjoy.Friday 120525: Recorded this one song yesterday, improvised vocals in Swedish just to remember a the vocal melody. With a few notes off key and off beat – it felt like a May kind of song with the summer coming up. Bass, guitars, vocal attempts and a good feeling inside. Enjoy.

Description : This version is based on a piece of Nero who previously remade. Indeed, this can be heard on vocals. I created a new line of melody, so that song has become calmer but still characteristic of its genre.Well ... at least I think so;-)

Description : An old Scottish Celtic Traditional Folk Song. My dad used to play this one when I was a young lad. The melody always stuck in my head and meant something to me, when I heard it again, it brought back some great memories of my younger days. Funny how music can take you away to another time and place. Music is such a powerful trigger. Anyhow I played all the instruments and sang on this one. Not my usual type of musical fare but I still hope you enjoy it.

Description : I created the melody and lyrics some years ago. Today, out of the blue, it popped into my head and I found myself humming it a lot. So, I decided to do a quick record and upload. I'm not allowing downloads but definitely interested in working with someone to make this a full song.What I hear in my head as far as instrumentation are strings and a soft rock guitar solo which precedes a repeat of the last verse and chorus.

Description : I'll be honest, I just did this up quickly to get back into using loops again. I've been doing a lot of midi work (I think I should be good for creating loops now) over the past month or so. I heard a lot of great new loops as soon as I logged back on here for the first time, so I compiled four of them and added a small midi piece to match with a Celeste Loop and just provide a short but pleasant melody. This isn't a long track nor is it my best. This was just a simple effort to say that I missed this place and am glad to be back.The loops used were created by ShortBusMusic (Guitar), DjGadget (Celeste & Modoka Loop, and Viola loop), and ST3RL1NG (Drum Beat).
Program used was Acoustica Mixcraft.

Description : This is actually a song that just happened. I was playing my guitar when I suddenly got this lick in my head and I recorded it as a demo for my bandmates in Transatlantic Experience. The adlib vocals is just for Jim and Allen to get an idea about the melody, so the words might not make total sense.I use a Macbook Pro, Garageband, Logic, Strat, fretless Presicion and have tolerant neighbours. Apart from the Apple loops drums, it's all me. Even if it's a rough first demo for my bandmates, I'm curious to know what you think about the tune so far...

Description : I think this is Drum and Bass. It sounds like it to me. Please correct me if you think otherwise. Thing is it's only 90BPM ! Is that too slow to be D & B ? I started off this track by messing about with some synth sounds. I wanted to produce something atmospheric & moody sounding. Once I had done that I kinda knew how I wanted the drums & percussion to sound. When I had began to find them I thought - Hmmmmmmm Drum & Bass sounding to me. By the time I had put the vocals on (some loops from an EJay D & B disc collection) and added some extra bass I had ended up with this. I'm pleased with it as I like it and I think it works ok. Not brilliant but ok (maybe a bit more melody somewhere along the line). The mix may need a tweak here & there, please advise me on that if you care to. To be honest I was working on something along the lines of a chilled type Prodigy track & I seem to have ended up with a Goldie type track. Anyway enough of my ramblings. Description : Not sure about the sideboards on the Ethnic genre. Trying out new sounds here. I'm using sitar and marimba with Indian and Indonesian drums. Does the listener need a solo or spoken word after the melody or does the open part work by itself?I think it's a good piece. Almost.
