Description : This track is heavily inspired by the the French noir movie Le Samourai (1967, Jean-Pierre Melville) starring Alain Delon as a lone wolf gun for hire in Paris. I wanted a melancholic, moody, big city-ambience, referring tot the solitude of the main character in the film. I could not get the track right untill I found the saxophone-solo's by Italian jazzplayer Sandro Marinoni who gave me permission to embed his fenomenal melodies in a rythmic, multi-layered structure. I am very grateful to Sandro and I expect to collaborate more often with him in 2013. The voice you hear in the beginning of the track is Alain Delon, citing (in an interview for French televison at the time of the premiere) the Book of Bushido, the code of honor for the Samourai. The English translation is: There is no greater solitude than that of the samourai unless it is that of the tiger in the jungle... Perhaps.

Description : It's been a while since I dropped any Jungle on this site. Bout time I rectified this after a bit of a hiatus away from computers... Damn things were doing my head in and I had to re embrace nature for my own sanity! Anyway this is a piece of reecey D and B with an old skool influence as always , rolling beats and badboi sample bring me back to late 90s early noughties style of d and b. Unfinished at present , Don't be a minion , give me yr opinion!

Description : Hard hitting D and B meyhem. Using three bass synths on this for the first time... I subscribe to the theory that any track is only as good as the sum of its parts and on this I reckon all the elements are strong.I'm using that old skool Jungle technique of extreme timestretching on a vocal here which I haven't heard in a while.I feel this is the best track I've done to date and was enjoyable to make... Tell me what you think to it. And remember to Pump up the Jam!

Description : This is a collaboration between Alividlife and myself. I used a segment from one of Raykofoeds pellas. (Thanx Ray:) And Alividlife killin it on the guitar...Thanx man send me more...lol...This is finished for now until I receive more from Alivid. A metal/jungle kinda punk in your face choon... Description : This house track was made back in late 2007 before i was infected with grimy jungle fever. Featuring vocals & lyrics from my old school buddy Vassilios Vassiliou. Linplug's Saxlab Vsti features heavily on this and some nice home made quenching drink pouring sounds on the rocks do too! Ahhhhhh....Glug glug glug glug......Burp!
Got side chaining on the hi string and vocals were recorded with my trusty Rode NT1-A condenser mic. Hope you like it.........and remember? Enjoy responsibly.

Description : Mellow Jungle track that starts with a slow reggae pulse. The arrangment was done is reason. I used some home grown samples (a korg microkorg through a classic fender bassman for some of the sub bass and one of the pads). Other sounds were Reason synths.
