A friend of mine got himself clean from it and he said that his dreams that he was having when he was detoxing were, and I quote "meth-fueled nightmares that never ended." well, this is how I imagine a soundtrack to those kind of dreams would sound. **WARNING** this track has a big bass boom running throughout, I eq'ed the track to not clip but if your speakers aren't good at bass, try headphones. These are the first ever recordings I did under the name of Mulchefye. I just got an Akai 1722L from Quebecois country music legend Tex Lavallee (http://www.texlavalleeproductions.com Hi Trigger!!! Want some sugar cubes) so I am slowly going thru old tapes from waaaay back. All these crappy quality lo-fi tunes were made back in the early 90s before I ever got my hands on a four track; these two songs I am uploading this morning were recorded entirely with old school Sony Tapecorders, twin tube models from the 1950s hehehe...no apologies do i make for tape degradation, these trax r OLD man plus some of these reels have been through fire n flood...enjoy

Description : I found a trasure trove of old loops and sat down a week ago to try and create something for fun and to get the creativity running again. Well, I did it! I am fairly proud with how this whole thing sounds, even the vocals(well, loosely proud of the vocals.) I was going to rerecord some of the vocal track but I like the raw, almost freestyle sound I have here so it remains in all its glory. Hope you like it, and feedback is welcome.

Due to some feedback, I re-eq'd the track and raised the levels on a few things. Hopefully this sounds better.

Description : As I was digging threw my old backup CDs looking for some soundfonts I made, I came across some old tracks I made about 5 or 6 years ago using Cool Edit Pro and some sample CDs I got at Comp USA. These were some of my first attempts to create music. I was pleasantly surprised when I listened to them for the first time in all these years that they weren't completely terrible. Description : Hello guys and gals. Here is the last upload that I will be doing for a while. Next week I'm back to my real job. I've had a fun 3 weeks off. I must say that the last week has been the best since I got to try out Ableton Live. This latest track probably beats the crap out of all my other songs. You might like it if your into progressive, epic, or power metal or even old 80s hard rock/metal. This one has guitars, keys, drums, and bass (for once I broke down and played the bass on this one). Description : This is a song I just wrote and recorded from last night to tonight (15-16 February 2010). I downloaded a 30-day trial of Ableton Live 8.1 Suite. Holy crap what amazing software. Too damn bad it costs $800 plus! I could probably makes some sweet loops with it, but songwriting was my goal last night. Anyway, this may be the best song I've done yet. I'm sure it could still use some serious tweeking. But here is a 24 hour straight shot from me. Hope ya like it!

Description : This is the latest song I have started. I started it this on Sunday Morning (7 Feb 2010) and completed it on Sunday Evening (7 Feb 2010). You should really check this one out. This one definitely shows the influence Dream Theater has had on my music. This is the style I would prefer to write with a band. Anyway check it out and let me know what you think so far. Description : Here is the re-re-remastered version of the song. This is a Progressive Death Metal song about a certain leader lulling everyone into sleepy ignorance and setting about the end of the world. I play all of the insturments and sing on this recording. I used Magix Music Maker to record the tracks. The drums are layered drum loops. Everything else is a recorded instrument.
