Description : This is my first fully completed track for my 'on the way' album. It's been mixed and mastered entirely at home, the track was made on FL Studio's and vocals recorded on Cubase so I am very interested to get peoples opinions on how it sounds. In this track I have purposefully used Autotune to give my voice that 'T-Pain' effect. I notice not many people on here like that but please don't worry about advising me on this. I don't use it on any other tracks and I do definately like it on this one, I think it's a bit of a ''modern reggae'' thing so I don't expect you guys to all get it but for me it suits the track so I won't be changing that.....please tell me what you think of everything else though.
Lyrics are below incase you cannot understand all the words....
Hey brother man, take it easy,
Hey brother man, life isn't easy,
Hey brother man, life is a long road, carrying a heavy load,
Hey brother man.......
Thats the chorus, if anyone wants the verses let me know cos they are long to write out. Thanks.

yeeaha. chilled vibes come out of my headphones. it's not like the good ol' marley, but this is great.
and this track really has potential, if your other tracks would have an equal level of energy in them, it would be a genius album. :)
Nice one, positive commments, thanks, I am currently working on getting another 2 tracks finished so I'll be sure to upload another once I have it ready.
Nice, I love dem reggae choons!!! This has a nice chill groove. A nice head nodder. I like your vocals!! Not a huge fan of autotune but I see why you did this track this way. Nice work - I can feel the sunshine in this! Great to have more reggae artists on Looperman. You should listen to Itegrator - his stuff is really good too. Nice one.

Description : If you ever wondered if my crazy drum machines can do also Reggae, yes they can. A totally human produced song with human made samples and loops, with no AI and "unprocessed" voices to fight the stormy Dartmoor winter mood. Just KayOS in Reggae style. Description : Music composed by Alex Richard and Laurent Wirz. With: Hanspeter Dubach Lead and rhythm guitars, Alex Richard Bass and rhythm guitars, Claude Barbotte Hammond organ, Joël Perrin Saxophone and me at the drums. The two grooves I used for this one are to find under Loops and Sample, member laurentwirz, reggae. Also an excellent loop from member ebae. I have to say that I asked Michael Mayo before publishing it but I received no answer yet. It was pretty difficult with his acapella because it's a pretty short loop with not a lot of words (for an almost 5 minutes track)! You can ear also some background vocals from Patricia Edwards and I hope it's okay for her.

Description : Guitars, keys and vox by me. LM drum loops 130_Dagger_Live_Drums, 23sk-drums-reverb-spring-roots and alabafruit. Horns from Loopmasters dub and reggae horns sample demos.
Description : This track contains only free loops from several Looperman artists. I think one of my best works lately... but wonder if it's ok with headphones too - there a lot of very rough cuts. Enjoy!
Applied loops (fully or partially):
Description : Richard Shekari and I worked on this project earlier this year. I play bass, guitar, banjo, dobro and also sing on this. Richard added a cool harmonica sound and has an amazing voice. I have learned a lot from him, Richard produced this track.
Description : Took the rundown acapella from ThaSuspect, chopped'it and made a Reggae Instrumental.
Please use it to add Verses and a Chorus.
Hope you like it.
Description : A quick idea I did in one day, 2 mixes, more an exercise for myself than anything serious. Inspirations were a Peter Tosh docu for the reggae feel, a surfing vid on what a point break was for the vox, the Ace of Bass vid The Sign for the drums and Jaco Pastorius song Crisis for a bit of inspirational bass thrown in. 2 drum loops used and a vocal effect loop for the heck of it in the middle, he. Live percussion, cabasa, guiro and double maraca. Me on git, bass, vox. Here comes Summer!

Description : NEW - 2014 - I used a few samples from sterixx called riddim.
And one from seanmccuaig called vocal beat.
I used some lyrics from an older song by myself. It was more a dark wave song befor but i realy enjoyed it to sing and produce it in reggae style.
Hope you enjoy this version also.
