Description : This remix is based on my favorite track of all times!!!!
I'm from the electro funk period and at this time Newcleus came along my path.
This remix is based on the original track 'Automan'.
I asked 'Cosmo D' from Newcleus if I may publish this track into the public and he agree'd wich is a great honour for me!
I dedicate this publication of my Automan remix to 'Chilly B' who passed away last year at the age of 47...

Well i know the origional is from 1984 but this kind of sound takes me back to the house explosion of the early 90's.
Old school is huge round these parts and i know a lot of peeps who would absolutely LOVE this track.
Shame i can't download it really.
Excellent work with a cherry on top.

This is a really unique remix, though I admit that I haven't heard the original. Your mixing and arrangement is really good on this one! Those vocals are pretty cool! Good flow to this mix! I like it a lot!
Man what a stunning piece, so love the vocals, excellent intro, wicked bassline, beat working so well with the bassline here, nice choir pad, very sweet synths, this is one very good piece for sure, prob my most fav track of yours so fars, MASSIVE fav my friend, so love this, brilliant...Peace n Respect man...Estefano...

This is a rad track man! Seriously, I was blown away by the bass and synth tracks. I really love the whole 90's/80's dance sound you got going on, and the vocals were no joke. Nice track man, im gonna go check out the original now ;]
amazing work.... the voice is very clear and the idea to make the tempo faster is great. it´s better as the original and this makes a good remix.
perhaps some ideas for optimizing:
the synth starts in 1:14 - use another synth, this one makes it a little cheap and change the arp. - you have 4 times the same and this one bites with the pad sound.
4:27 starts a cool filtered synth... but on 4:40 the sounds bites ones again with the pad.... perhaps another chord !?!
But nevertheless a very good quality... be proud of it....
The crappy arp syhtn is not of my hand.
It's a sample from a set that was given to me by Newcleus so I cannot change this. I can try to try to EQ it a bit better to filter out the highs to make it less agressive.
The reason for 4 times doing the same is because I wanted to emphasize the lyrics.
For the synth pad I think it has to do with EQ'ing.
See what we can do here.
Description : I have been using LooperMan for practice for some time now. This my most recent track. The only loop in the song is BabyGee's vocals. Free to download and if you repost tag me so I can share it as well.
Description : A psychedelic techno cello epic. It's not really techno as it's only 110 BPM but something like that (eg breakbeat), with lots of banging beats and arpeggiated acid synths, plus a whole load of my layered cello playing techniques. There aren't that many synths used but they do a lot of work and are carefully automated. No guitar. Drums are mostly a lot of drum loops, supported by a few programmed acoustic drumkits. Very busy and complicated with loads of different sections (funky, chilled, fast, heavy) that make up a constantly progressing trip. I don't know if there's any other cello music like this so let me know if you think there is. Interesting feedback appreciated - criticism, praise, ideas etc. Enjoy...
Description : Summer type dance track, for those precious 2 weeks off, if you can get them! Made around a selection of different loops and some keys from me.
Description : Inspired by an experimental percussion piece I heard. Rhythmic ticking builds into pounding beats and heavy soundscapes. I haven't done any mixing or mastering yet so tell me what you think. Any and all comments are welcome.

Hehe... you're not the only one not knowing the original...
That's the fun part in making remixes.
Thanx,

The original was an icon in the 80's so I had to come up with something in respect to this original.
Here's the original (1984):
