Fancy Pants - Kper
30th Sep 2010 22:06 - 16 years ago
Description : This is different than the metal I usually do. It involves jazz, some dance beats, and a mash of other things. It is all about excess and trying to be a "fancy pants." It's completely opposite of my personality which is why it was fun to do. I had one of my sons in mind when I put it together. Hopefully it is just fun. A loop was graciously borrowed from Coney Island Records and great jazz flute loops from Slap Johnson.

Description : I wanted to create something dark and romantic with an RnB and retro wave touch. This song has a retro futurism feel to it. I was inspired by The Weeknd when I was writing this song, especially his first mixtape, House Of Balloons, hence the deep roamntic analogies in the songwriting. I have sung this song myself and produced it too. No AI used here. This is an old song.
