Description : this track was created almost 10 years ago before the D.A.W. revolution took hold. the studio i worked in then was a huge collection of hardware synth and fx all routed to patch bays tru a 32 channel mackie desk, 4 track of hard disk recording for mixdown and pre mastering meant this track was the most monumental midi sequence ive worked on. 12 weeks to finish this one, it was the layer cake of all layer cakes still to this day.

Very cool production, big ups for this being done in a real studio, hearing how electronic music is produced nowadays, I wouldn't have guessed it. Interesting sounds, liked how you snuk in the vocals in there. I could hear this in a sci-fi movie, great job!

thanx my friend, this 1 was a labour of love. i have been mainly in the d.a.w. world the last few years but im going to combine my hardware as a 1 side of my recording chain when i get my new mac and logic in the near future, mainly because im starting to miss it. thanx for listening have plenty more epics of different natures at my home page come past anytime and ill be sure to do like wise...........!1X1!........

Heady, trippy music. Love the outer space feel of the track. I'm amazed this was made 10 years ago and the process sounds like it must've been quite a task. I'm sure it was worth it at the end though, because this sounds excellent. Really liked this track as a whole, and I have to specifically mention that I love the outro ie the last two minutes or so of pure atmosphere and fx.

thanx heaps for the review and listening to the track. i have plenty more epics to listen to at my profile, i also work as apart of LD120, we both work on each others projects now and LD120 is our trancy dancey techno type stuff if your ever browsing thru tracks pop in for a listen, anytime. ill swing by for a listen too. regards.......................!1X1!............

wow - this is very impressive - I have a hard enough time with the DAW! LOL
But forgetting the process - it stands on its own as a great musical composition!! Very enjoyable to listen to - lots going on and all very together.

Hey, another nice track. This one sound something like out of a space movie. Very dreamy and also like Jean Michael Jarre kind of technique.

I can close my eyes and dream with this tune.

Good one.

Peace...

thanx for your review. ill be back to listen to a few more of your works soon. ive been getting more people point out the jarre connection in the last 2 months than ive had in 10 years...weird?? ive got some stuff under the name ld120 on looperman too now which is a partnership with a good pal off mine. bye 4 now.........!1X1!

A lot of similarity to the composer JM Jarre, but with your personal touch. Extraordinary music, and still very current.
