Listen To Jammin With Mr H Rock Song By Kikajon At Looperman.com

Description : This is a new song but I used the old spot since it was impossible to delete the old track (don't know why). So the some of the reviews are very old.

Anyway: I came up with this tune when I heard the drumbeat swingin' in 6/8 measure. Then I just jammed in and tried some of JH's moves. Well, here's the result, oozing with a 1968-feeling to it. Strat, presicion, orange and marshall amps, Garageband, audition mastered on a macbook pro. Let me know what you think.

Thanks Silvestre, I'm glad you liked the tune.
But everything but the drums is my doing, including the vocals.
It was strangely enough impossible do delete the old track (where Wayne did vocals) and the reviews so I did an update with a totally different song – this one. Hence the references to Waynes voice. Nevertheless, thank you for the encouraging feedback, I really appreciate it.

Hehe, Hendrix-referenserna är många. Kul att du gillar den. Inte så mycket collab ännu dock, det är bara jag.

Outstanding job my friend. Great rock with outstanding guitar work and there is nothing better than Wayne on vocals :) A little bit like an upbeat Dylan tune.

Well done!!!

Bear

EDIT:

My bad PMK. You did an amazing job on the vocals....Wayne sucks, hahahahaha, just kidding. Seriously though, great job on the vox as well. Bear

Thank you, I'm glad you like it and I appreciate the nice words. The voice is mine though. I tried to delete the old track and reviews but that wasn't possible, oddly enough, and I couldn't delete the old reviews either. So this is actually a solo work, but I thank you for the kind words.

Many thanks Estefano, I'm glad you liked the stuff. Especially since I played all the instruments. :D
But yeah, it was great fun and Waynes ideas about vocals and arrangement really made the piece.

Excellent voice Wayne. Need some B-B-B-B-Babies maybe. Good topic, brings back memories. I agree with stokes, not growly enough, needs a Tommy gun and switchblades. Would make an awesome video. Great collab.

this is a great collaboration with all the right elements in place, but i gotta speak truth to power - not unruly enough!!
there's too much manners, like you guys didn't wanna upstage each other or something. I understand the constraints of virtual collab, but get yr fights on. this is a great track and deserves another round and i'd never say anything like this if i didn't love you! peace in a rumbling kind of way

Kikajon replied Unknown
Well, this is actually a first and we probably get back in there. Eventually.
But thanks for your eager will to make our track better. And to quote Randy Bachman of BTO: You ain't seen nothin' yet. :D Cheers mate/pmk

Description : "Celebrate the Cornerstone," penned by Kay Matteson, John Matteson, and Richard Shekari, is an uplifting contemporary worship song that beautifully encapsulates themes of salvation and divine love. Drawing from biblical imagery, the lyrics highlight Jesus as the Chief Cornerstone—initially rejected but ultimately essential to faith.
