Description : this is a track i made using my friends synths etc along with my own works to make this track, its still needs work i feel but the track is all there is u know what i mean, i did a vocal version of this with an accapella from here, hence where the name comes from, but this does not have the vocal in it, this one is a hard edit version but like i said still needs work, just dont know where to start,lol, hope u will like and many thx to tony powell (funkee t) for giving me the chance to try it out

In the end, it does not sound like something I've ever heard from him.

Description : Another attempt in my continuing efforts to learn how make a trance track. Is intended to have a vocal doing the melody. Would try to find a singer but need to work out lyrics first. For this track I tried to make the melody not too repetitive. I limited it to four bars max of the same melodic phrase.

Description : Would you be at all surprised if I told you this was a Trance edit of And Then She Left Me Again? Didn't do a whole lot to it. Just changed the bpm to 138, swapped out the drums and slightly changed the drop. That's all I've had time to do since I uploaded the house/techno version. I like to give you some advice how to build up a trance track. Here is how to start.
Intro, hihat, bass, bassdrum, simple synth loop and maybe some FX. Bass and bassdrum are the backbone of the track. Let them work together. Build up to the break and end with fade out or noises. Start with upcoming synth's with an melody and build up to the first mild climax. Create an ending, so the people know that part is over. Intermezzo with strings, acapellas or what ever you like. Than you build up to the second part of the song, strong melody and work to the big climax and to the end. Use different chords in your melody.
I'll give you an link for piano and synth chords.
The common simple chords for trance are: E major and E#, A, G and D. The B and F chord are not so nice, but you can try it if you like. Visit the website and maybe you pick up some things you can use in your next track. Have fun making music and let the bass kick. And if you have a question, let me know.
