Description : Sounds of the sea and trippy acidy washes with a cool beat and some live acoustic guitar. Written in Cubase with live guitar and keys etc. The sound of the sea and birds was recorded on the beach where I used to live. After moving to the city one sunny day I was telling stories to a friend about living by the sea and started making this track.

Description : May I introduce you to KayOS? She writes wonderful poems and is a long term friend of mine. I did find a way to lay her voice into a sheet of musical blankets like I did with Dime before. It took me not long to get into her zone and produced a Chill Out song that reminds me to the first Chill Out pioneer Michael Cretu.

Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.
Someone else wrote the words, I was just inspired to use them. I only added the "Yeah" and "Amen."

Description : So a guy buys a nice guitar at a pawn shop but returns it a few days later after waking from a sound sleep to hear it playing by itself. When he tells of his experience he is shocked to learn the owner had actually died while playing it. Is it fantasy or truth? Is the guitar in this track that very same guitar? Description : A progressive journey incorporating deep ambient chillout, swing jazz, hip hop, d'n'b, trance and a slight touch of acid with a thousand ninjas battling in space. Features a great deal of my lead slide resonator guitar playing. Also a whole load of synths, programmed acoustic drum kits and manipulated drum loops, big basslines, regular electric guitar, vocoded guitar parts and bass guitar (distorted right at the end). If you like deep chill, far out soaring beauty, fat beats and 170 BPM uplifting slide trance controlled mayhem, you might just get into this. In my heaven there is an endless supply of honey mangoes (an exquisite beauty of the fruit world) and even more slide guitar. A 1,000-year-long version of this track plays there on a loop (long enough not to get bored of it) but here I offer you the Earthly 11 min version. You must be very good to be accepted into my heaven to hear the full thousand year version so best start now. It may be heaven's main theme tune but it's not above criticism so feel free to let me know what you think of it. Maybe you prefer the soundtrack in hell. I hear it's pretty badass...

I am really glad you liked my song and happy that it gave to you that festive sensation.
As for your question, yes of course I played each note of the parts heard, always do. But I do an amount of work with the chord progressions to, that may be played ny a guitar player VST or some other synth. Well, it is not AI, it is a simple original composition and of course I do make use some more sophisticated instruments that do help give a realistic outcome to the listener. It is the "faith" of a loner if I can use this expression. Unfortunately otherwise I'd need some musicians to play these parts (is it sessionists?) and as you understand I ain't somekind of a pro to bother so much. It is a hobby that gives joy to me and to others, what else?

Growing up in the midwest USA in the 70s and 80s, a white Christmas was a guaranteed thing. Now, not so much. For the last few years it's been almost 70 degrees (F) up until about a week before. The Christmas spirit has really suffered a hit, and most of the time, it just seems lost. But this year...totally different. It actually got cold and snowed before November was over! I couldn't have been happier about that. I finally feel like it's back. I'm a winter person to the bone. They can have their summer. Give me that snow!
This track has a good vibe for the season. I think the only thing that would have made it more Christmasy would have been some sleigh bells in the mix. Sleigh bells and some big chimes. But, that's just a matter of preference, I suppose.

Thanks so much for your kind words. I like these sounds too, but I thought it would be overcrowded with sounds that would interfere and possibly end up noisy. But this maybe is my insecurity with frequency tweaking. It has to be a mix matter that makes me hesitate a bit.
I like those cold days that being outside is a pleasure, dressed in warm clothes, wondering around and then ending up in a cozy place (that it could be home too) for a hot drink and chatting. Anyway it is good company that makes everything even better.

So when we were kids, Christmas Day was our own version of trick-or-treat. Wed go from house to house drinking Fanta and Coke, and the best part was always the fried chicken, haha. Wed walk kilometres from home, and if someone didnt give us soft drinks and chicken, theyd get a terrible reputation.
Now, as an adult, I just hope the kids are happy with me too - I dont want them giving me a bad name, haha.

You mean like artificial intelligence, I guess some kind of virtual reality with those big glasses to wear and all around would be snowy..! I just think it is the happiness it gives to children playing with the snowballs and then tired return home, warm and secure to start opening gifts, sharing with others these absolutely unique moments of life..I guess that's it and of course it is a matter of luck and blessing to have such memories.
