that's far better Frans, it feels more balanced, its a quieter and it rides on the music, and i also liked the fact you dropped it for the outro i could here everything clearly, and like i mentioned the melody is fresh but i like the bass best of all, i was pulled on my bass not good enough years ago by Cinco (good lad) and it has always been one part of a track i like to listen , people like Pnnywise Cyber and kingmt are all class with the bass and all have helped me in regards music and i have collabed with them too, the community is extremely important to me, you people aren't just my colleagues, your my biggest listeners too, i think, hope, all probably feel the same also, i may start to bring more critique and try encourage others to also, i want critique to improve, Oli Cinco and Rita, they give it me, they are my friends, its always constructive, not nasty, i respect everyone's opinion, you don't necessarily always need to agree with it, but you should always respect it, and take onboard what your colleagues say anyway, ive crowded your comments enough bruv :) good track, i enjoyed the listen
Great Paul, issue gone, better music, thanks for the assist.
The bass is actually 2 different VST instruments; Pulsating bass = Massive VST preset "Contra Bass" and the Reesy bass = Vital VST preset "BS Chord stack 1" by Woolf found on presetshare (presetshare.com/p9200)
Thanks, I'm glad you like it. Had some vox from Kontakt Glaze lib in but preferred a real vocal but couldn't produce it myself, been coughing too much lately :)
its the hat my friend, the constant, if it were quieter in may work but for my taste it distracted from the music work, others maybe cool with it i'm listening again and it just dominates to much for me, the bass is fire and the perky melody is fresh as, thats were i want to listen deeper but the hat distracts and i really appreciate your detailed reply, i would never disrespect anybody's music, your style is your own originality and that's why i use this platform, i want to be a help to everyone's success and when you meet good people you want the truth from all. i always appreciate constructive critique, it comes with the territory, its the haters that take everything and give nothing back that irk me, fortunately we have very few, feedback is not as prominent as it use to be on here years ago your friends guided and said what did and didn't work. i may not be the best, but when i first started, i was atrocious, ask Rita, it was me that got her to sing, but i wrote good songs and the best offered the greatest help, thats why i give as much back myself,
Hi Paul, I updated the track, please re-check if better now. I re-checked the original track using multiple audio devices and on some the hi-hat was a bit loud, but my hearing isn't great; the military and factory work aren't exactly good for your ears.
.
Changes: The closed hi-hat (808) was phase rotated to reduce clipping, a bit louder than I normally use and floating left right by a ping-pong pan, as mentioned before it hit on every 2nd 1/8 note. I guess it also conflicted with the panned center pulsating bass on every 1/8 note. So I changed it a bit: Removed the 808 closed hi-hat completely and added a different less crisp hi-hat, but only at the start of the song and stop it when the bass starts to pulse on the 1/8 note.
Lately the hi-hat sounds odd to me, like a bit late, but it isn't according the midi, must be the shape of the sound, the high bpm, my ears or my brain :)
.
And thanks for the help! I love the feedback and opportunities to improve.
My feedback on tracks is generally sparse. I've received a few negative comments. Besides, I'm still a novice amateur with no training. When I give feedback, it quickly becomes technical, and I have to hold back from coming across as negative.
Thanks again.
Frans i like the music and rhythm on this but i found the single drum hit was distracting from an otherwise good track, i liked the mix and layout, it maybe just my opinion, be we post tracks for feedback also, i would drop it altogether mate its not needed, that's the only weird thing lol, the rest is spot on, if it distracted me it will distract others too, but they may not say so, you know I only want the best for everyone, your a good guy and i hope you value my honesty
Hi Paul, glad you like it besides that single drum hit. I'm glad you mentioned that annoying single drum hit. I appreciate your honesty, but I need your help because it's not clear to me which single drum hit you mean. I have the kick every quarter note and a hi-hat on the even eighth notes, next to that some percussion. Later I added an occasional extra single kick on the hi-hat position to bring extra life/variation into the beat. I suspect that's what's bothering you, but I'd like to be sure. Can you provide me with the time position of the first occurrence of that single drum hit?

Whether female or male, doesn't matter. I'm going for something like In The Name of Love by Martin Garrix & Bebe Rexha, or Happier by Marshmello & Bastille. DM me so we can work something out.

future bass/melodic dubstep/emotional trap? been going through a rough time lately but things are starting to look up and this song is an expression of that. let me know what you think!!
Description : Oh I am so glad it came out almost as I wanted.
I was forced to stop, because even if I render every pattern, the project was still lagging. I think I got my style. 808 slides and electric guitar in a future bass song.
Description : just something to get the party started ;)
i used 3 loops from looperman and added some of my own stuff:
1. woozybeats - digitalien (main melody)
2. psytrance bass
3. murdabeatz type drums with 808
its free to use and royalty free, key is d and it´s at 140 BPM.
