You sir got music. You've got that raw vintage sound that does not expire. If I become wealthy before getting married I'll have to fly you over to perform live at my wedding...but don't say "Never want to see you again" coz I don't wanna get divorced before the wedding is over haha.

BaoBou. The opening hit me with solemn and reflective contemplation. The piano chords and phrasing told as much of the story as you did with the vocals. Really a nice arrangement. Heartfelt and honest. A respectful work my friend. I will definitely check you out on ITunes. Peace.

Lovely track despite some of the sadder lyrics! The vocals are cool, I like the tone and timbre of his voice. The git lead was cool, nice tone! Totally enjoyed this!

Thanks Wayne! To clarify, the vocals are mine, as is the rest - it's just not based on something that happened to me.
The guitar tone is nice, yes - this is a temp setup but I actually like how it turned out.

This is a very wholesome & heartfelt track. The lyrics & music fit hand in glove, nice arrangement of the song also.
I like that near the ending you took your vocal tone up a notch which simply added to the intensity of emotion felt throughout the song. All in All nice work on this indeed! & I agree we can be touched by something not necessarily that we ourselves are going through but empathy allows us to identify or understand what others are going through. Life is the greatest teacher & everyone has a story to be written about. Kudos!

Hello BB,

Man your lyrics are so "no nonesense" and to the point.
I generally don't listen to lyrics just to the Vocal melodic
contributions to a track but, the lyrics on this track captured me. I wondered at first if you were going to fly solo with your Piano and Bass. You rounded the track out with the Guitar,Drums and more Vocal accent/accompaniments. It turned out soulfully beautiful .

Great track. Faved.. PEACE...

Yeah I played around a bit with the instrumentation and BPM. I first recorded a version that was a bit faster with more guitar, then went to the piano to practice playing it live (solo) and decided it needed a slower build-up... and as I recorded that I felt it needed power chords again ;)
I'm happy with the way it sounds now although I'm going to redo some of the vocals.

Thank you man! I spent a lot of time fussing over the album and some stuff in my personal life (no worries, mostly housing stuff)... and I feel now my creativity is coming back. I have some more new tracks I'm working on so there should be more soon!
