I started I'm Your Boogie Man and sent it to Joe Funktastic for horns months ago, he was excited to jump on it and then he vanished, haven't heard a word since I sent him the tracks.
I thought KC did some catchy pop/disco tunes back in the day. Good to see people doing some classic renditions of some cool tracks, keep up the good work Mickey!

From the drop of the beat I kind of knew this was going to be something tasty and I was not wrong, I love the groovalicious! flavor of this track it seriously made me move! my body. Hello, I would describe as a good soul interpretation with a large funk component. Just like the groove of the 80s sounded. The instruments are good and restrained. The small guitar solo interlude is kept discreet. It just sounds good. Best regards Manuela
