Description : A dark, melodic trap instrumental with a hypnotic bounce and a smooth, atmospheric feel. The production blends haunting melodies, deep 808s, crisp drums, and subtle textures that give the beat a cinematic edge. At **148 BPM**, it moves with a fast but controlled energy, leaving plenty of room for confident flows, catchy hooks, and melodic vocals.
Perfect for artists looking for a **dark trap, melodic rap, street rap, or moody R&B-inspired sound** with a modern feel.

Description : Hi everyone, I'm presenting you my new beat, where I tried to capture the raw emotions of recent events in my personal life. It's a unique fusion of a dark trap vibe, dirty analog textures, and solid boom-bap drum patterns, topped with a few distinct samples. One of them is a vintage movie quote from 'Psycho' (1960), and the other is a haunting female vocal loop from Looperman, which serves as the main chorus. Hope you feel the vibe.

I wasn't aware of the Oliver Patrice Weder VST from Spitfire Audio, but just checked it out. It looks like amazing value for only $29 US. Thanks for including info on the VSTs and samples you used. That was interesting/helpful info.
Anyway, very impressive work!
Eric
Many thanks for your feedback. Yes I spent quite a while tweaking the vocal chop levels especially at the end where it gets progressively softer. I agree the OPW plugin is amazing value for the interesting sound textures you can create. Check out Oliver's work on Soundcloud - you'll enjoy it! Also check out all the Spitfire LABS instruments which are all 100% FREE! I created my cover of OMD's Souvenir using only these free plugins.
Thanks again Eric
