Description : My First upload--A Great Site- Got the ideal watching a ole movie- and came up with this 3 chord progression of Me Willie and T-bone sitting on the front porch dueling guitars while the ladies are in side cooking. With my fingers hitting 60yrs this year -did this number with just loops. Hope you enjoy as much as Me-Willie and T-Bone did.

Ahhhh!! I can smell that fried chicken coming thru the screen door as we sit here on "The Front Porch"

FILA! You totally captured the Front Porch! Anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Reminds me of when I first met my Granddaddy fresh in from Grenada Miss. He had his Gitfiddle hanging on his back when we picked him up from the train station. This was his zone! Thanks for taking me back!

I can't get enough of this track, sometimes goin back to the basics is most refreshing. Also loved the brief spoken vocals, true to the delta blues influence

Thanks appreciate the comments! Just wanted to do a basic song like it use to be Jam session on the front porch to see who had the best strumming tech! KISS - Keep it Short and Simple!! this is what i've been looking for for the last week. absolute blues..... maybe you could post some of those loops. definately keep playing no matter how old your fingers are cause im sure you'll keep doing great... that's just wicked....

Don't matter if it's loops, memorex or live there Fila. Music is music. You got to have it in ya or it won't come out no matter how you created it. This one made me want some bbq chicken, sitting on the back porch with my buddies having a tall boy.

A computer is just as much a musical instrument as a Stratocaster. Everyone can buy one but that don't mean you can make music like Eric Clapton.

Nothin' like the good old stuff.....I can smell the chicken just listenin' to the great riffs! I'll bring over my congas and we'll jam all night long. Got to have beverages though in case we get thirsty. Bombastic loop! Already have it on my Ipod!

The mojo is definitely working here. You were able to capture the rustic tone and grit of the slide parts quite well, without loops stepping all over the natural sound. Combining the two is a difficult line for many to walk, and you seem to be comfortable therein. The variations on the twelve-bar lay were a welcome change-up too, since the simplicity of the recording needs development the further on you get. An admirable effort -- keep it up!

Yeah...this is cool. I got you beat by 4 years on the age tho. lol. You did a great job on this one with loops.

If you get a chance, take a listen to my Voodoo Swamp Blues song. It is really slow and all slide from me. I entered it into the John Lennon song contest. Won't hear how I did until March..
