Listen To Cobwebs Heavy Metal Song By SupaFreakshow At Looperman.com

Description : My roots are mostly in heavy rock and metal, mostly down tempo stuff these days. I've come across some folks here that helped remind me that it's okay :) This is a condensed version (sorry for some of the weird splices) of a song I started a while back. I'm no real drummer or vocalist, definitely not a lyricist by any stretch. One verse, a chorus and then I draw a big ol' blank. I'm looking for someone to take over vocal and lyric duties on this and maybe more in the future. If any drummers, guitarists or anyone want to collab on stuff like this, please hit me up. All instruments are real and I probably should have pitch corrected the heck out of my wobbly voice. Pretty good guitar solo towards the end. Thanks!

Ahhh...what a music...perfect rock/metal with very fat guitar tone...what did you use, if I may ask?
guitar solo is a bit back...why?...you felt it's weak?...not...that's f..king cool...give energy for it...

one of the best metal track here and there...

all my hats off, Danke

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much of Man left to get the full picture. I saw Atomic Rooster live at a collage in Manchester but got arrested half way through enjoying myself because I had weed in my pocket. 1969 MAYBE 70.

Yeah Silve, most of the videos of Man that I came across were in more recent times.

Haha! You can thank the whole Reefer Madness campaign (at least that's what it was known as in the States) for that trip to the clink!

\m/ FK YEAH!! \m/ Just my style!! I'm a guitarist/bassist fellow doom head, unfortunately bit too busy at the time for collabs but will definitely keep you in mind. My newest thing is working cigar box guitar into doom tunes. Did one yet to post. I have a 4 sting banjo yet to be recorded and a cigar box violin to be completed. I love how My Dying Bride incorporates alot of violin into their works. :p My vocals consist of spoken word or black metal style as I CANNOT sing! but I've learned to counter that with the use of soundscapes, immersing the listener into the tale of terror muhahaha I love your vox, definitely need to work together in the future 3:D> you know where to find my stuff (at least what's on here)I'm not so great with lyrics myself, I guess I overthink them. Deviant Internment is my doom project ( ineed to dust the cobwebs off of), drum loops and drum midi files since I don't have access to a drummer but all the guitar and bass is real and unedited. more please! \m/

Haha. Cool. Thanks man! A cigar box violin? What the...? That has got to be hard on the neck and chin! Can't wait to hear that!

As for more, I've got a bunch. This is one of the more "easy to listen to" doom tunes I have. Some of them get pretty gutteral. I'm a big fan of Goatsnake, Sourvein, and Burning Witch. Long live the Sunn Model T!

Thanks on the vocals, but I am not a fan of singing and am trying to avoid it like the plague!

I'll check out your Deviant Internment stuff.

Reminding me of a Welsh rock band from the seventies who most people won't have heard of called MAN.
Nice live atmosphere to this.

Hey Silverman, big thanks.

Checked out Man, but not hearing too much similarity there. But in searching I came across some Atomic Rooster. I think they are from England. A bit heavier than Man and the vocals had that upper tenor range to them. The singer looked a little like Tiny Tim and was eating a sandwich in one of the vids. THAT is definitely similar.

Description : I asked Danke if I could add some vocals to his track Future Machine and he kindly agreed and sent me the track. The lyrics are about a soldiers experience in war as he and his trench mates are told to get up and out of their trench and attack the enemy across open fields. I can only imagine the fear, tension and chaos that goes through one's mind at that moment.

Description : I discovered Meshuggah around 2003 and was blown away by the power, complexity and super Heavy sound of their music. Their "Nothing" album marked the switch to 8 string guitars and pushed Heavy Metal into a whole new territory. My track is a variant cover of their song "Nebulous". I have stayed pretty close to the original but added a few dynamic elements of my own. Its loud, its super heavy and way out there...Beyond Nebulous.

Description : My heaviest and most extreme track. Also the first with no synths. Crashing and smashing programmed drums and dirty layers of electric guitar (with a psychedelic, Eastern feel at times). Bass guitar plus a slide resonator guitar solo. No drum loops. Don't play this at your grandmother's funeral. Not unless she was a real headbanger.

Description : Something I slapped together in like an hour or so, I bought a new midi keyboard with a sequencer which made dragging and dropping sounds where I wanted 'em easy, so really this was a test run, I usually write a lot of metal and don't have the time to upload my material but here's a start, this has a techno vibe???? I guess to it. Enjoy.
