Description : I have tried to make a simple little analog sounding funk jam, slowly being taken over by machinery. The internet is massive,it is an unstoppable Beast now and it will take us where it wants us to go!Ha!The track was created in Cubase with electric guitar and Korg Triton synth.

Yo This Is Hot U Should Send It To Me An Let Me Put Some Vocals To Jazz Is Dope I Like How Its put Together Its Very Versital Great Job Keeop Up The Good Work
Another creative track from you. That's two I've heard and two I like.
Start to 0:04 feels wrong, like the drums come in a beat too early. Just feels a bit too awkward.
Left panned drums are an odd choice so I prefer when they go nicely stereo. Then they sound great.
0:28 mid-range bassy synth is very cool and then there's another useful bass synth underneath.
0:52 very dreamy guitar part. A little bit Eastern.
1:17 crazier, reverb-heavy emphatic note that makes things more epic. A bit of a trance sound there.
Nice little ending to take things back down.
I think we definitely have some things in common musically. One notable difference is that you make short tracks and I generally make either long or very long tracks.
mrroads, you threw me with the Cinematic labeling as well. I love the production here, lots of tasty guitars and effects swirling in my head. Really funky yet futuristic. Very cool stuff man, wishin it was longer.
Another brilliance...kinda fusion song with your heartfelt guitar play...the groovy is sensational and this is awesome together...Frank Zappa's name flashed...in attitude...and maybe for me only...
Awesome track mrroads442! I loved the funkiness of it. And the atmosphere it created was great too. The mix sounds really good. This one's a Fav. Nice work.
wow...started off like steely dan melody on steroids, and then it sounded like a monster eating itself ( and i hadn't read your description yet :) crystal clear and very cool...nice job!
Original theme and progression of the song. Great guitar work with some catchy tunes in it. I like the transition into the machine type sound. A job well done!
Generally I dislike a track labelled "cinematic" without the accompanying film and dialog, but I enjoyed hearing this one. The guitar work is interesting and unusually used. Cool arrangement as well. I can't say that I agree with the philosophy which you spoke in your description - "The internet is massive,it is an unstoppable Beast now and it will take us where it wants us to go!" This is a very unsafe and irresponsible way to think. Internet is not an animal, nor is it unstoppable. It has no thought process, and no control over us which we do not chose to allow. It is simply a connection between circuits we own, which have interfaces built for humans to use. These circuits and their interfaces are tools for us to use whether it be for good or evil. Allowing a device, or group of devices, to control our decisions and the future outcome of our lives is a big mistake. That is like sitting by the phone waiting for life to call you. Either way cool song. I just couldn't help but mention my reaction to your words.
put in any genre you like and I`ll still like it...I suppose genres are useful when we are looking for a particular type of listening...but I`ve never considered them a useful reference for composing....like the way you have the kick & toms placed in the mix (aint technology great)..and as others have said...its a fine mix indeed...and its good funky listening on a stormy afternoon over here on the Canadian prairies.....Ed
Also I love your concept, this music is not just a consumable one but its tell you a story love it.
But idk if Cinematic is the right place for that track. maybe somewhat funk is the right place due to the intro or fusion cause its a mix of "epic" and Funk
It's always interesting to hear people's music and mixing techniques. Mix is wide but damn this is real good music. Could be just what you were looking to do, a particular sound you were trying to get so I mean no disrespect. I was just the first thing I noticed besides the awesome intro and guitars.
Pretty funky to start off with then progresses into a cool synth/alt/prog/rock piece that was very well produced. Cinematic, absolutely, I could hear this in a sci-fi or action flick. Guitars were nice, the interaction was excellent and the effects were spot on. I love this length of song, gets people to hit that play button again because they say, "that was cool and it stopped way too soon", lol.
Thanks Bro for the great comments and listening as deeply as you did.Yes i was trying to make it a bit dramatic with the spread, you have good ears!Paul.
Description : First off, a big thank you to Condybeats for his guitar and Rasputin for the Rhodes. As soon as I heard the guitar, I had immediate imagery. Play the track all the way through to unfold the story. Very cinematic!

Description : Ok...here it is! Another colab with maestro Tumbleweed! Ed provided the unfinished, basic track...I composed and recorded the long intro using different synths and then added piano (well to the fore) and some brass arrangements along the rest of the track (no violin this time...hehe) and then did the final mixing to wrap it up as it is presented now. I hope you will enjoy it and we both appreciate your listening time and your valuable comments:) Otherwise all thanks to Ed!
Description : Just send me the link where you use that, please

Description : Dark, slow, ambient, cinematic jazz with funereal piano turning into something much funkier, psychedelic and beautiful in the second half. Out of the darkness and into the light, you could say. Instruments: electric guitar + bass, lots of synth sounds, including a horn, double bass, another big legato bass, pizzicato strings, two types of piano, a heavily delayed slide guitar instrument, zither, synth arp, one brushy drum loop, kettle drum rolls and 4 programmed acoustic drum kits. This is quite a special track for me and is only the second I've put in the cinematic genre. The more you listen, the more it changes (it even has key changes) and the last three minutes are really quite far out and should probably be longer. Best track I've made for a few months. Interesting thoughts and reflections appreciated. Free sex for the best reviews...
This track is an elaboration of dgalantic’s track “Starting Over 0172257.” It is almost entirely comprised of loops by other artists on looperman. The newsreel in the intro section is from public domain footage of the Vietnam War. Prince Fatty chimes later in with some words of wisdom. The track was sequenced with Mixtikl and edited in Audacity.
Loops from the following artists are included:
1. ThatJeffCarter’s guitar “feedback 197765”
2. three of Nightingale’s harmonica trills: “angels 0088377, inner light 0088361 and never and never 0088366”
3. Heavily fx’ed vocal excerpts from Eshar’s “7th Dimension 0002644”
4. Dcmack’s rhythm loops “2 bass drums 1- 0085449, 2- 0085446, and 4- 0085448.”
5. Steelyvibe’s choral wash “luno frunezo 0005719”
6. Nightingale’s guitar loop “diving deep 0043488”
7. Rasputin1963’s chorals “ soul ladies gospel riff 0088641 and reggae soul girls choir 0087693”

Description : So a new track for everyone. Im pretty impressed by this one, and would even place it higher than one of my best tracks, Angel And A Demon. However, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should put vocals to it. I have some in mjnd, but idk if itd be better to leave as is and keep it instrumental or not. Take a listen and let me know! Also, let me know if anything is too loud, still working on my mastering.
