This is really cool. Clever with the move with Slap hard left and right. Piano chords are pertinent.

Salkizar 18th Dec 2008 00:11 - 17 years ago

Hey Pedro great old style feel you've laid down here..it restores my faith in the younger generation when I hear guys like you and Alexander carrying Jazz into the next millennium...we'er in safe hands..awesome dynamics all round guys!.......Oh,just while I'm here...the way to post a link is easy...from this page look up to your menu bar(above the Looperman content..you'll see http://.looperman.com/tracks_detail.etcetc....Ok hold down your left mouse button and scroll over this, let the button go...now you will see it highlighted..click your right mouse button and choose 'Copy'..left click....Ok now when you post your track in the forum area just right click then left click 'Paste'...jobs done...cheers mate :)

PedroCasillas replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

thanks dude! there is quite a gap in the younger generation of me and Alexander! i'm 21 he is 12 and he seriously has far more a sophisticated command of single note harmony than i've ever had. If he can play like that at 12, just imagine how good he WILL be at 21! its just scary! haha

I truly am so envious of that young man's talent!

AlexanderBone 30th Oct 2008 20:15 - 17 years ago

Hi Pedro, I would like to thank you for sending this song for me to play on. I hope to be able to play like you on piano someday. I'm taking my grade 4 in jazz piano next week.
Thanks once again, and I hope to play on another of your cool tracks soon.

Alexander.

PedroCasillas replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks for playing on this Alexander, you are an incredibly talented young musician, and i have no doubts that you will far surpass my piano chops very shortly. Obviously you are a true natural talent, however i hope you realise how lucky you are to have such a talented and inspiring father who has obviously nurtured you to become a true talent, i really wish i had someone like that in my life at such an early stage as you have. I have no doubt in my mind that you will be a true MAJOR force to be reckoned with when you come of age.

p.s good luck with your exam i'm positive you will absolutely ace it!

SLAPJOHNSON 30th Oct 2008 20:08 - 17 years ago

Hi Pedro, Thanks once again for providing a great platform for us soloists to have fun on. I have set My solo parts to the right and Alexander to the left, so it's easy to know who's who on this saxfest... Great playing Mr Pedro and Alexander and I thank you for your amazing piano talents...

Cheers Slap...

PedroCasillas replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

thanks a lot for breathing life into my basic chordal composition! you and Alexander are both incredible! Its amazing how you've taught Alexander to be such a precocious musician with more chops than a butchers at 12 YEARS OLD!!! you should be incredibly proud

thanks again

Description : We used to ride all night thru downtown Chicago blasting Return to foever in Marks 72 Vega with 12" Ventura BIC speakers in the back that were chrystal clear. i was still too young to drive. Those were some of the greatest times I ever had I'll never forget that band the bandmates or those times. Mark out did himself on this Re-mix/Master. He also updated the Drums, makes the track feel brand new, even tho it's 4 years old.
