Description : 1st of all, the beat is squashed to death(my compression style)
now that thaats outta tha way...
A beat i was captivated with produced by @Evisma and i just HAD to put some "experimental" type of vocals..
Couldnt wait to get to studio so recorded and mixed it myself lol could be better, but its "bearable"
I put genre under "fusion" coz it fuses his production style which was just a bit too unique, and my vocal style which is a tad bit unique too lol.

Hey, I'm liking this one very much! I think it sounds like a cross between dancehall and fusion rock, which can't be a bad thing. Since it seems like I misinterpreted the title, I won't take it personally. (I'm sort of the essential gatherer) Evisma's instrumental is excellent, he always has a great ear for music. I'm thinking you recorded your vocals over an mp3 of his track, and that is probably my least favorite aspect of this song. I can't help but hear the degradation when this is done. Not an insult to your skill at all though, just a general frustration with people using mp3s for anything more than easy distribution of their work. I found it to be a really enjoyable track! Fave!
Maybe it isn´t a bit unfair but i have to say that this version is so much better then the original one. But that may be only cause i am normaly not a real fan of fusion at all.
With your vocals and the style you preform them, it change realy a lot into something fare diffrent from fusion. (fusion in that way my brain thinks that fusion sounds :) ...)
I dont know into what it chnged realy :)
But i know that it is something cool
lol!!!NOO BRO-ITS FAIR
Some people only like a production better when they have put vocals on top, maybe its the same thing now,the song doesn't seem "empty" anymore, its speaking..like,im a big admirer of the original beat, but after i did the song...it feels like something is missing when i listen to the dry instrumental lol, wierd but completely alright.
Thanks alot bro, you made me have some good laughs!
Peace.
Hi. I'm a big fan of the original track and I've commented in detail on that already so won't do it again here.
It's cool to hear an Evisma tracks with vocals. Shows what his music could turn into if he had some vocalists (or just one).
Vocals work pretty well, even though they're not really my sort of style. You've definitely made a proper song out of it. Damn hard to say what sort of genre this is now. Certainly something creative and unusual.
The rising chorus type of section is pretty melodic and far out and really fits the music well. Good also that you got the title in the lyrics halfway through.
Yes, it's a bit squashed so a better version could certainly be made.
Overall: congrats on doing a good job on someone else's track and showing the potential any piece of instrumental music has to be turned into something different with the addition of vocals.
WOW MAN- I cant say thank you enough, your time to listen to the track and see potential in it is overwhelming ,i tried my best to bring it out.i love looper man and music in general for the effect it had on the original producer and me too stemming to all the people listening being moved by it.
lol,the lyricism was just weird for me but..that was the whole point, like i said, i will do a proper recording for it in some weeks,im sure the final professional mix of vocals on this amazing track will be breath taking *watch this space*
This is better that I expected, though I didn't know what TO expect. Very cool to hear vocals on one of my tracks, especially when they're not mine,(mine are pretty bad). I like how you used the title in the lyrics. Made me smile.
I dig it thoroughly. Definitely squashed, but you say that is your liking. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you bro- your review was the one i anticipated the most, i know its squashed and vocakls not too clear but just wanted to put it across though coz i liked it, glad you did too,MANY thanks bruv
hi there. I really liked what you did with that track from Evisma. Very cool additions indeed and great work on songwriting. The only thing would be that there's no proper vocal mixing of course and ultimately your recording is sounding quite unclear at parts when compared to the original one but still I really enjoyed your vision. Congrats, Alex

==============
Inspired by a track of Pseudoble. I was noodling along to his track "I wish I didn't know" (which is awesome) and had the words "Snow in Athens" in my head. This with the smooth jazz/fusion atmosphere led me to this track with a sort of Steely Dan feel.
Description : It is an elegy, in a modern world. There is fuss and there are sentiments. All together create a scenery where life takes place.
I really hope you like it.
Description : This track is built around the repetitive lead guitar line which I have previously incorporated as an intro for the rocker track "Sweetheart Runner" by LM user TinyFinger whom I have helped in arranging, mixing and producing his song. This extended session was a good oportunity to test some new equipment....Thanks to Tiny for not being mad about it...:)^^
Description : Psychedelic blues hip hop with lead banjo and acoustic resonator slide guitar. Acoustic drum kits, fat basslines, soaring filtered strings, some strong Eastern elements (from guitar and strings), some dub and funk from the bass and drums and a bit of rocking electric guitar. Very unusual piece of music and a trip like no other I've heard. Some of it is like a dark, deep Southern delta blues track over a hip hop and dub backing. All played and programmed by me, no loops used.
After a quite turbulent long travel we’ve reached a totally unknown planet which is mostly covered with clouds. As we pass over it we can see parts of rivers through the clouds that come out of the dark rocky surface in some places. So the whole scene is alternating textures of white, dark gray and silver flashes. Unfortunately there’s no chance to land anywhere so we just pass, wonder and travel on …
Description : I had to go in on this track. This is a future bass, electrofusion song. I posted the full version here full the Looperfam because you guys give me sooooo much support. I can never thank you all enough.
Description : A spoopy song, early for Halloween. This was a collaboration with Micky, who did most of the work.
A musical realization of a poem by Thomas Hardy
Idea: Spearcarrier
Voices: Spearcarrier & Micky
Music: Micky
Genre: We don't know yet. Suggestions welcome. LOL
Description : Messing around with my midi keyboard (I am no pianist as you will hear). Just a bunch ideas put together with guitar and keys. Don't miss the end :-) it shows the obvious lack of inspiration to find a decent ending of the so called musician! This track is work in progress all ideas are welcome!
and yes he allowed meto download it and it was mp3
if he could send it to me as WAV plus my vocal skills both on and off the mic now, will be really ill
