Ok, first off never take my comments as a negative as its never intended that way...

    1st. Try using 2 x basslines,3 x beats,2 x melodies & vocals

Keep the track simple when creating dance music with not to many changes as people want to dance to a song and not a mix.

1 bassline for main percussion carrier
1 bassline as a driver for the melody
1 beat as the main driver
1 beat as the percussion mix
    1 beat as a changer in parts/bridge verse-chorus
1 Melody in key with diver bassline and vocals...important!
1 melody as a separate ear teaser during a bridge or chorus of the track for variation.

    Vocals;

When it comes to vocals...less effects is best in dance music.

In saying that, you can go crazy with effects without drowning the vocal mix or sound in the track.

Reverb on vocals...keep around 10-20% Max
Delay on vocals...keep around 10-15% Max

    Why?

Keeping a balance between the dry sound of the vocals and the wet (Effects) is crucial on making the overall vocals fit into a song without washing them out in the mix...which effects can do including making the vocals sound out of key to a song when they may not be.

Less is best....pay special attention to what the levels are on the effects output compared to the actual vocal level in the mix...this maybe the problem in this mix.

I'm no expert in vocals..however when you get time take a listen to; "Clipped Wings","Pick me up again","stories That We Say" and my new one on here "You Got Me Mezmerized" to hear how little effects in the vocals can still sound big without effecting the sound of each song...

Imagine being a punter on the dancefloor....they want to dance...they hear the beat, bassline and catchy melody and sometimes vocals....so get those parts right...then whatever else you do to a dance track is irrelevant really.

Hope this helps as I could go deeper in what im saying, however this is just a few ideas that I use daily in dance music EDM production that works...

All the best and will be listening to more of your productions soon.

    Regards,

    DJ-SLT-UK

    Interesting.....to say the least:)

Theres a lot in this and probably too much as I hear 3 separate songs in this. if this was structured to be more song style and the levels were carefully tweaked and even without a re-structure then getting the levels correct as your reverb effects on PE's vox are way to loud.

Its different, its fresh, and people can dance to it.

Description : **** UPDATED ****
After reading some comment, i've experienced some improvement to the track, trying keeping the original idea in my mind. So, after two months, these are the changes: better balancing of sounds, more fatty kicks, less redundancy of the reverberations, uplifted formant bass. Featuring Stepa K.
