Description : First off, I'm no pro by any means when it comes to music comp or mixing, so tips and advice are always welcome. I created this with a simple music program and wanted to share. Not sure how to categorize this song but nice to listen to while cruising or relaxing at home. Not too bad for a heavy equipment mechanic if I say so myself. lol. Thanks for listening.
If you do download to remix, please be kind to give mention of TorqueWrenchMusic and a link to listen to it.

Good to hear landor. Yes, you have my permission to use for mixing. All I ask of you is to give credit to TorqueWrench music and a link to listen to what you mix it with. Would love to hear what you mixed. Good luck!!

Thanks landor. Glad you enjoyed it and it gives you those feelings. It was the first one I was able to use with a wonderful acoustic guitar and has nice sound. I just built it from there and just went with it.
    Thanks for listening.

Glad you enjoyed it Mocaic. Nice to receive all this wonderful compliments from everyone. Especially those who have done this for a while and use way better programs than what I use. But not too bad for MusicMaker premium 2013 if I say so myself. LOL.

Take care my and look forward to more of your sounds.

    Chris and Orlando said it!

It's stunning (don't care where the music comes from)...you have great taste and huge talent to get this together...

    Much respect, Danke

It's greatly appreciated Danke, believe it or not, it only took me 4 days to put this song together. In between taking care of kids and family, you got to have a stress release. And this song surprisingly helped me relax when making it.

What a wonderful laid back vibe you created here...excellent acoustic guitar playing (is this you playing?)..this could easily fit under "chill out" category, but "ambient" fits as well...afteral the music itself is the most important in the end and this is an exquisite one.:)

    Hat's off and respect____Orlando

Thanks Orlando51. Unfortunately it is not me playing the guitar. I'm not that talented. I take loops and tracks and manipulate them to the sound I'm looking for. I wish I could, I have a musical ear but not the instrumental talent. Thanks for the feedback, all of it is appreciated!!!

Description : This is for my friend Danke who can't sleep at night. Yes, heat, heat...I guess Africa is hotter, but don't let the title and intro as well, deceive you! This is not African music nor the imitation of it. It's just a picture of starry African sky at night, painted with my european musical sensibilities and some imagination. So this is for Danke in the first place and then maybe for anyone who would like to fall asleep.:)...
Good night!:)

Description : Dear Loopers...Let Ed and me take you to the world of yet another musical fantasy born out of our latest collab efforts. Ed provided basic structure of the track with ever solid rhythm section, tasty synths and vocal pads while I took
on a role of pretending to be multi-instrumentalist again by smuggling in some sweet strings, bulgarian flute, celtic harp,
unexpectedly blurry piano and this time a tiny bit of real live acoustic guitar...what an adventure for a vst/keyboard guy..:) As always
my sincere thanks to Ed not only for letting me enjoy his great musical company but also for still standing as one of the firm pillars of Looperman society !

Description : I went to the beach and set up my stereo recording mic under a gazebo near it (I apologize for some of the air gusts being recorded haha; we had a strong SE wind that day :P Tried my best to place it out of the wind); wanted to record myself playing live and do some cheesy roleplay in the process - wanted to make it feel like the listener was sitting there beside me. ** This is what the beach looks like: http://static.travel.usnews.com/images/destinations/80/south_padre_island_main.jpg **

Lo and behold, I'm about halfway through the song when my buddy Mark, a friend from college, heard me singing and decided to join me (he seems to never part with his guitar lol).

The expression on his face was that of confusion as to why I had my mic with me and a audio-capturing device, which I plugged into an outdoor electrical plug that the gazebo owners installed lol (I've done recordings like this before but didn't like the results; we messed up a little at the end but I was like meh it's not bad anyways.) but I'm glad he didn't say it out loud or it would have ruined the recording lol. Luckily, I was playing a song he and I wrote together some time ago, so he was able to just jump right in. He's a great guitar player.

Even though it was a little awkward at the end since we hadn't seen each other for like 4 months (you might be able to tell by the way I responded to his "thats so cool" comment haha), I think it turned out just fine. It was a lovely evening and the clouds were all poofy and happy. Lots of people were there too, though I made sure to sit far away from all of them. Ahh, it was a beautiful day. I'm glad I live by the ocean :P * Just kidding, I recorded this in my studio; though I do live close to the water, this was not recorded there :P I did everything, down to the wind blowing into the mic, except for the sound of water and the kids in the background. I got those sounds here: freesfx.co.uk/login/

The guitars and vocals were one-takes to give a more realistic feel. No pitch-correction or autotune. Just wanted to try making another soundscape (or whatever you want to call this :P) about what it's like to live by the ocean.

Description : the other end of the scale from me, yep people, this is a ballad. its for all the people who have lost somebody long before their time was due,
i used my experience of tragic loss and how i hid my mental health issues that stemmed from it while writing it, its repetitive but has fresh verses
its to Matthias music Du Bist Nicht Mehr Hier almost the same title, He has suffered too that's why he wrote the music and dedicated it to his brother. i hope i have done it justice

Description : Glen Cloy is one of the glens of Antrim (Tumbleweed's county) in Northern Ireland. The little people, actualy fairies, populate all of them and they all have very old ghost stories that have been told for centuries (and still are)...This one is about Shaman of old and his journeys through the spiritual world...That sums up what Ed told me about the concept for our 7th (how convenient^^) collab work. The main core of the track is Ed's work and the original length was 5:18, but I wouldn't have been Orlando if I didn't tempt to compose my longest intro to date (3:10) to inject my own fantasies about little creatures of Glen Cloy (soft spot for spiritual world..hehe..). Other than that I also added some synths arrangements and vocal samples for the rest of the track and probably ruined it a bit..haha..but that's how collabs are sometimes..:)^^.....All my thanks to Ed...and Irish ghosts ofcourse...
