My brother and I were doing some acoustic music together in my room, just having fun; came out with this; I immediately got on my DAW and recorded it before I forgot how ti went lol. Used a Guild acoustic guitar mic'd with an AKG C214 and my trusty ol' Yamaha MOX8 for other instruments (excluding shaker - that was real ;). My older brother does the lead vocals and I do everything else, from instrumentation to harmonies. No vocal-editing whatsoever in this one. The guitars were all one-take recordings. Updated the audio - I added tambourine hits in the 2nd and 3rd choruses; just helps make for a more moving song.

Description : This is my attempt at the one-hour challenge for LM (finished at 57 min 48 sec). I had to mix/master on the go and this was the result. Some bad chords here and there that I did my best to conceal, one-takes on guitar and piano and used an awesome acapella from a1000times, who wrote the words that Dikaiko sang over. I really like her voice. Anyhoo yea, I like this one a lot so probably gonna come back to this in the near future. Comments welcome.

Description : I put this under acoustic even though I did use a couple midi tracks. I felt they sounded acoustic enough to put the track in that category. Suppose it could be chill out as well, however you want to label it, do so. I used an Indian flute and an electric guitar sounding plugin with some tremolo added along with acoustic guitar, mandolin and harmonica. Nothing too complicated here and I felt it sounded good enough to upload so enjoy!

acoustic wow, I do a lot of acoustic stuff. now on to my freview. The intro was a nice lo fi tube effect nice strumming, good vox track, real nice voice, Very good lyrics. A true joy to listen to, I am a bif fan of acoustic music. You have the talent, now just take it to the next level,That was my tag line to my production company and studio digital Goatee productions in Everett, WA now in SO, Cal. the economy busted me so out of the biz, I still do mastering for free, and audio recording free, if you ever want your stuff mastered I do it for free and I am well trained 40 years doing it as well as recording and producing, I can hear a few other things going on in my head, but that's the producer in me, I still have a small INDY Label called urgent mission records I listen to demos and songs all day, and I hear something special in your stuff so take it to the next level and your stuff as it is , well its all good, the sound is good and well recorded.No strings attached I have nothing to sell at 51 I just like to pay it forward and am an INDY artist advocate, wrote a short free e-book on marketing music on line a good read.Hit me up for any help, mastering, ideas colabs, the e-book anything OK I have over 1000 songs collecting dust LOL.

Nicely done. The one thing Looperman can always use is more acoustic work. It seems to be a lost art form with the advent of electronic music and folks playing only laptops.
