Description : A vintage sort of lo fi bass line, made with my Casio HZ-600 synth. Would fit in in trance, maybe house or electro or something.

Description : Here is another panned tom tom beat! This time made with samples from a vintage Emu drum machine. I like to imagine the placement of the different pitches of toms in a drum kit when panning and EQ'ing my toms, and I tried to demonstrate that in this loop. This kind of loop can add a lot to a regular drum beat. Would be good for acid, house, techno, breakbeat or almost any genre really.

Description : This is an unusual kick beat, which is tuned to C major. It's made from a vintage Korg sample, but is used a bit like an 808. Probably best for hip hop or rap, but could find it's way into chill out, downtempo, or dub.

Description : This is a cool little glitch effect built with samples from an early circuit bending experiment. It was a vintage KLH radio, which I mangled and customized to make weird sounds. I found a good filter setup to process it with, and this loop was born. Would be good for glitch or techno probably.

Description : This is a funny vintage style electronic high hat sound, with some delay tails. Meant to help melodic elements blend well with rhythmic elements. Would sound good in glitch of course, but might be nice in electro, techno, breakbeat, and stuff like that. This is in the key of D minor.
