Very nice track! love the oldschool start of the track. When the first synth kick s in it transits to a very chill trance track. Love the use of the drums. They fit perfect in the mix. The break is great and builds up to a grteat finale. the vocals are very well mixed in the track and the piano emphasizes it greatly. Was an enjoy to listen!
No comments on stuff like this. Really like the eerie sound and the beat feels good. Some vocals would do fine here! A lot of fun to hear these golden oldies!
Like this track very much. The intro is a bit silent but after the beat comes in the party is really getting started. You could lower the gain a little as it is distorting on some parts but the track itself is great. The synths are well chosen and the melody gets stuck in your ear. The drums are very fat and punchy and I love it.
The easiest way to use sidechain on fl studio is with gross beat. Just put on every synth the sidechain option(left below corner) and adjust the lowest point of the wave to somewhere between -1,5db - -3db and there you have your sidechain. If you like the way you did the snare roll then keep it. You are the one making the track so you decide. I like the track as it is. Well done!
Thanks for letting me know! I was using fruity love philter and did a sidechain and I was like "Where are the kicks? I can't hear em'"
I tested, I won't really clear the sba4e roll, cuz if I did, the drop would to appear random.
Thanks by the way!
You have created a very smooth and chilling dance track. The melody is great and the chosen synths fit like a glove.
There are a few things which easily might improve this track. You have a very nice snare roll in the build up but on 1:46 suddenly you have another short snare roll after that. You should really delete it as it takes away the mood of the track. Just let it drop in as soon as the snare roll ends. Furthermore I believe you dont use sidechaining in your track. It is very important because then your drums get more room to punch. I am not sure which DAW you use but on youtube there are a lot of tutorials on how to do it. For the rest its a realy nice track and full of potential.
Thanks!
Idk, for me the snare roll fits too but I'll check if its better without it.
I've did sidechaining on some other songs I did (not uploaded here) but I d9n't know if I am right in using it. I use Fruit Love Philtet, turning the wave low to high volume shape (a short rise) then looping the effect for the whole synth (I haven't actually tried using it on kicks)
I'm not sure if I am gonna remove the snare roll but I'm pretty sure I'll add sidechain.
I'm gonna update this ASAP

Really relaxing track you made. You can really imagine yourself on the riverside watching the boats float by. The vocals are really clar and well mixed. She has a pretty voice to listen to! The synth coming in at 1:33 puts me a little off the musical ride but thats my personal opinion. (I would have mixed in a softer synth). Nevertheless a great track!
Very well created track. Love the piano part coming in after the intro. Very clear sound and a catchy melody. The guitar dropping in after that is a welcome surprise and gives some real pepper to the track. The break is ear candy and makes the guitar drop in even stronger. All in all a fun to listen to. Great stuff!
Very smooth and laidback track m8! Love the easing synth you used and the belss are very clear and never too loud. The hooks are fine and the mixing really clear and proffesional. Great job!
Very nice track m8! Great arps and the pad is very smooth. Personally I should delete the first drums in the intro.(only keep the last sub). It makes teh drop harder. But the drums and rythm after the drop is really booming! I love the short break on 3:35(ish). Maybe you could make a short hook there to keep it interesting. Nevertheless a great track and obviously made with passion!
thx mate :) glad you liked, yeh the construct has potential for more work for sure and you have a point on the intro build which ill defo look at when im next on this track, thx again mate..
Very nice intro. The drums kick in really nice. Very fun usage of the panning. Never heard trap like this. ALmost chill out. It could use a short break/hook around the 2 minute mark to finish it off. Nevertheless very good and creative! Props!
Nice partybanger. You really build up the track in a very nice way. I really like the drop. Maybe you could use a short silence to make the drop even fatter. And for the mixing I think it is a bit too loud which cause light distortion. But all in all it is a track which gets people on the dancefloor!
Nice golden oldie. You have a lot of magic in your musical treasure chest :-). Nice flow and very basic synths. In this track the small accents make the track(like the triangle for instance). Definetly enjoyed the listen!
Nice remix and production. It would stand out even without the adele vocals. The bassline is very jumpy and the kickdrum really gets you going. A tune I would love to hear in a club when going out!
Alway love to hear some live action techno. Very nice tune. Love the good ol`acid sounds in it. The vox is a classic(U96-Das Boot). Very skilled track.
Electro punk sounds like a decent description... a lot of the new wave sort of stuff that I've listened to for a long time was combining electronic and punk aesthetics. Like New Order, The Cure (Got tickets to see them in June!!! First time in 20 years!), Gary Numan and stuff like that. I guess I never really thought of most of these sounds as 8bit, since generally they weren't from 8bit sources, nor were they recorded at 8bit... but I can definitely see why it would sound that way. I would agree about it not getting boring for sure, as even I still listen to it regularly. Thanks much for your listen and continued support!
Nice vibe you have in this track. Feels like an early 2k dance track. Brings back good memories. Love the backgroundsynth you use after 1:10. Makes the song deeper and layered. Well done!
One of the things that I have been missing since my absence is your unique sound, Joe! You always seem to create the weirdest tracks that always hit the nail on the head. Love the panning drums and saw synth that you use. Your vocals are mystical and give so much color. Great track again!
I think the name of the genre would be Joe Cramer as there is nothing really like this :-)
Hello Mudhoen.
What can i say? A own genre and missed by a musician and words like "create the weirdest tracks that always hit the nail on the head" .... that makes me quite embarrassed :)
Nice to know that you enjoyed the track, my little singing and the sounds i made
Thanks for your gentle comment. And nice to see you back on the side.
The Groove is great in this one :-). The vocals fit great to the track and really gives color to the track. Maybe the vocals starting around the 1 minute mark is a bit off(in my humble opinion). The break is awesome and the open hihat is so clear and vivid. The breakbeat is the cherry on top. Great track!
Thank you for listening Mudhoen, I just listened to the minute mark "If You Can" and it is a bit off. Also the bass just doesn't want to burst through the way I am trying to, maybe the way I renedered it at 192000. Going to keep playing around with it and get some better quality out of it.
Wow...Great track. Love the way your voice fits very well with the piano. Your voice has a lot of emotion in it. It has rough edges that really gets to your spinal core. Very well done and favoured!
