Very heavy dubsteptrack! Really like it! The growls are playing well on the beat and teh short drop is a welcome break. The thing is that it should be mixed a bit better. It is very loud and can be balanced better for all the instruments to be clear. Looking forward to the finished track!
Nice track you made. The beat is fine and the melodies well chosen. The only thing is that it lacks cohesion a little. You have so much different sounds put in but the transition between them are a few times not there. Now it feels mor elike a mix than a track on its own. But a good first try! Practice makes perfect.
Great dubstep. No excessive wobbling but just straight on and raw beats. Nice vocal shots as well. Love the panning synths in it. They make it very vivid. Maybe mixed a bit too loud but that is easy fixable..
Nice chillout reggae sound. Think it is a mix of different genres. Love the guitar playing around the melody although it could be a little less loud. But a fun track to listen to.
Thank you!
You have a point... That melody is really a bit louder than optimal, but his balance is not too smooth. With some decreased volume, some notes of the melody is a bit lose into another instruments sometimes, furthermore some background guitar loop's rough cut's clipping (dozens if not hundreds!) will be lot more audible and like that, the track sounds on the whole less enjoyable. So this is a compromised resort after all. :)
Very original approach of Reggae/pop. Your vocals are very loose and that is good combined with all the musical shots you put in. Sometimes the shots are louder than teh music and you might lower them a bit. But definetly a fun song to listen to!
I'm not sure what shots you refer to, but I'll defer to your judgement. I'm surprised to hear the reggae hook up but I've been told it is a 6/8 beat....is that the same thing? Thanks for your listen and critique and what yo liked about the track. vic
Thank you mudhoen.
I really had fun remixing this song.Yes,Spivkurl has his very unique style and a very distinctive one.
Thank you for taking the time.
Very nice approach of reggae...very original but yet still you use teh signature rythm. Bit like dubreggae but with less delay. Definetly a track whic i will listen when the sun is shining and with a cold corona in my hand :p
Yo there Mud.
There's a few longish empty bits not much happening but they were there to accomodate the lyrics which I might try again to put in there.
Thanks mate.
I dont know what genre to place it in but it sounds very good. A lot of funky sounds and very solid grooves. Love the electric guitar in it. The break is very warm and welcome. Great stuff!
Very warm and solid tune. A very long intro but it sounds well and then it is no problem. When the drum comes in it is fresh and gives a good vibe. Very nice mix you created!
Nice remix....the melody really is damn good on this one.The only thing is that teh snare is a bit to metalsounding for my taste. Maybe you could change that. But nevertheless a good track!
Very different fdrom teh dutch hardcore but still a nice sound. The drum sounds liek someone is pounding on the table really really hard :p. But a nice track and a fun ride to listen to
I have to work hard at getting that clarity. And I'm sure there's always room for improvement. I think I've finished a track, upload it to Looperman and then find loads of small (sometimes big) ways of improving it. I'm not even talking about things that people have suggested in comments. I just notice loads of problems so I go back and fix them.
I'm not hearing many obvious problems with this one but I bet I can find some.
Love the creative style you have in your music and this is not an exception. The fastpaced technodrums with all the glitches and your vocals make this track so vivid.
Thanks for the supportive comment! Hardcore is something which I've always wanted to excel at, but never quite got it right... I think I'm slowly getting into it now, with my odd twist on the genre. "Vivid" is a nice word to be applied, and I thank you for that. I appreciate it!
Very nice production. Love the combination of the chosen synths. Very dreamy atmosphere you created. The guitar is put in very well into the mix aswell. The drop really gets you going!
I think it's my best mastering till now ... It's about my thoughts ... about heaven ... it came from deep , from soul ... but I'm very hurrier , very very heavier
Happy you like synths ... Wish and peace , MG
Very tight drums. Gives it definetly a deephouse kind of feel. Your vocals give the track the Mr Joe-taste which stays unique on its own. The minimalistic approach of this remix is yet another nice production from your side.
Nice to read that you could enjoy the listen :)
Sounds like i done all so the way i wanted to do.
A bit deep/dark, just minimal synth work, some cool sounding vocals and everything is done ..... i always wonder why i need so much time when it comes to minimalistic stuff.
The track is pretty good and the instrumenst well chosen. But I had to put the volume down to 40% to hear it properly. It is way too loud. And last but no tleast. You spammed other tracks with recommendation of this track without even taking a proper listen nor comment. That is pretty rude and it will only make sure nobody will listen to your track. This is not youtube but a more serious website where common respect is more important.
Ok, I Understand Mudhoen Thank You For Your Concern.... I Casually Posted My Track Link On Comments Of Some Songs I Didn't Realize About The Spam!!! I'll never make this mistake again Thanks...:(
Very epic sound you created with the pad/guitar/string combo. The intro feels almost like cinematic music. Then when the percussion comes in it really gets the story going. The guitarskills from Ed really are pointed out well here and the fact that the teamwork delivered once again must be really satisfying for the both of you. Congrats!
Hi my friend...always good to hear from you!:) Yes, it was really a nice experience and I'm very glad for your very positive coment and ofcourse many thanks for the fav...means alot!:)
Nice production! I do not know the original but this approach sounds very nice. The synths are pretty tzrancy which you do not hear that often in trap. But you made it work pretty good. The drums in teh end are a great last part. Sounds a bit like yellowclaw.
Damn this is nice. Would not now what genre this is but it is so fresh and clear. The melody keeps on catching you everytime. So much variation and the playful synths really keep the thing going. Great stuff!
I think it fits the genre pretty good. The track definetly has a lot of fire :p. I liek the drums. They are well used an fit in the theme. When the choir comes in it creates an epic atmosphere. Could be a boss battle.
What a great mix you made here. Biggie would be proud. Fits perfect to his vocals. The piano is so clear and the female vocals kills it! Great job! RIP B.I.G.
