I think if you ran your vocals through the right effect and dropped it down an octave your vocals would match the music a bit better. The background music makes me anticipate vocals more like Slipknot. Interesting track though.

I think you need to go back to the Master and work on getting your guitars in sync with the drums. Definitely off somewhere.

on ROCK ALTERNATIVE INSTRUMENTAL BEAT by DeLaBeatz
Cool beat and riff but it's a little too repetitive and could use a change or two in spots to break it up. I also agree with Joyce about needing a melody of some sort. jmo.

Has sort of a Black Label Society unplugged feel for me. Over all good vibe. Needs work in the mix department IMO.
Nice job so far.

I will be honest. The Music is really freakin good. The Vocals not so much. It sounds like there is potential there but they need to be refined and layered better in the mix. Just my 2 cents. Over all I dig it.

Thank you Topvega, I am an old timer, I guess that is why it is old school.

I think Blues is a bit of a stretch for this but the vocal does nudge it that way. Not bad.

While I wouldn't consider it a Track, more a Sample, it's pretty cool.

Pretty cool stuff. VOX fits fairly well. I am not the biggest fan of the Auto tune or whatever is distorting the vocal at times. Over all pretty cool though.

Sounds more Cinematic than Rock but it's interesting none the less. I could totally see this being used in a movie. Good stuff.

Very nice track here. Had me hooked from right before the one minute mark and on. Great Bass playing as always and the Piano was a nice touch. Think the mix was pretty freakin tight as well. I see you said you spent a lot of time on this one and it definitely shows. All around great job.

That means a lot to me. I really like this one and would consider it a good summary of my sound.

Thank you VERY much for the appreciation. I've been a steady fan of yours as well.

Yeah it seems you really just need to tighten up your production and mixing on this. Are you using EQ and compression on the tracks and or the master mix? It has plenty of room to grow as in get wider. I like to EQ each track and get rid of any bad frequencies roll of the extreme lows with a High Pass Filter. jmo.

Overall nice job.

The over all mix is not that bad. I think you need to EQ a couple things and make the instruments pop a little more and get rid of the faint buzz. I think the vocals are not bad but need work in spots and maybe some EQ. Over all nice job.

Has some pretty good moments and chord changes. Not sure if you have Bass guitar in there but I can't really hear it if you do. I think a good Bass line with some thick tone would help give this track some depth. Just my 2 cents.
Overall nice job.

Pretty cool chugging riff. Is there Bass on this track? I think a heavy Bass might add some weight to this. Help balance out the sound. Nice job though.

This is pretty tight...if this is unmixed I can't wait to hear it mixed because this sounds damn good. Maybe a tasty lead guitar in one or two spots and this would feel complete even without vocals. The bass is outstanding as always and the guitar sounds nice. I agree with Ed, you need to break her out more often and show her some love...:)

Nice job.

Well, my Ibanez SR600's electronics took a shit on me the other day, so I'm down to the lefty Squier, acoustic Squier (righty), and my Epiphone P-bass with the tone pot broken and set to "mud" tone and can't be changed without repair. It's a sad day in the Evisma house.

Works for me...sounds pretty cool. I think maybe you could get the vocals to pop a little more if you hit them with some FX. Maybe a little delay and some reverb? Pretty pumping though.

Thanks much for your support and feedback! I too was thinking the verse vocals are a little dry. Got some ideas last night to bring this song closer to completion, especially after reading the comments. I appreciate you taking the time to listen!

A big thanks for stopping by and listening, and I know what you mean...and I couldn't decide what Genre to put it under so decided pop was nearest.

Best wishes,
