on Call My Name by brillbilly
Brillbilly, like Pete, this is a wonderful way to begin my day. You have a real gift for putting real emotion in your music.....something not easily accomplished.

The interplay with the instruments and the marvelous vocal snippets paint a beautiful picture.

This one is so good on so many different levels. Absolutely a piece for the ages. I have downloaded this (thank you for that) and will enjoy it many, many more times.

Beautiful work my friend.

Thank you bear!

I find so much inspiration in my everyday world!!

I just get my thoughts out in my music, and the more i listen to how others blend sounds, tones, timing etc,it gives me more ideas.

Taking me even further in to the inner magic of producing some Track, that can give feelings to the listener as was intended!

I reallly do thank you and all the other loopermen that find my music worth a listen!

Thank you again for your words of inspiration!

Another spectacular effort (I'm rapidly becoming a huge fan). Your harmonies are perfect. It would be special to hear what you could do in a real studio environment.

Thanks for putting a smile on my face today. I will be back for many more listens.

Beautiful voice....

exceptional control (pitch is spot on) and your dynamics are really, really nice.

You have a wonderful warm tone and a current sound...you just need the right song to make it all work. This site gets a lot of traffic from a lot of people. Who knows who is listening???

Best of luck to you. And it is great to have another supremely talented vocalist in our midst.

on HEART BREAK DOWN by Timmons2
Bro, I'm speechless.

This one is ready for prime time and should be playing on the radio. Kelly's voice is just spectacular, but when you combine her talents with your production genius, well, that's solid gold.

Seriously, this is top shelf material. I just hope someone comes along and helps you two take this one to the next level. Hey, when you get famous, I've got a bus you can use :)

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you again for your praise of the song. Kelly's voice was the true inspiration for the production of this record. I wanted to make sure that her voice didn't get tarnashed. I wanted to match up powerful drums with her powerful voice. Believe me, it wasn't easy. I just want to say thank you, sir. I just might call you one day for that bus!

JT, absolutely stunning work here. Lovely chord progressions, and the choice of instrumentation is spot on. Like Danbo said, this one really put a smile on my face as well. The mix is really nice too....everything is balanced just right.

Really, really well done.

on Amethyst Crystals by z2z by AmethystToTurquoise
Any time I go looking for ambient music, I head straight over to Mr. and Mrs. Zero. Z2Z is the king of ambient, nobody does it better. Having Z2Z on Looperman is like having Erik Satie or Brian Eno right here in our midst.

This one was an absolute treat. Downloaded for those times when I need quiet inspiration (thanks for that). I do hope you both are well.

Stellar effort.

what has helped inspired me is where I live and
with whom I live with the both of them are
a wonderful team to. Little ole z gets more insperation
and thoughts from the heart and then this drives ones
imagination.
shortbusmusic ill take the Brian Eno anytime
he was the guy i listened to and went further into
other artist in the ambient field i listened for
ten years before attempting this general and wondered
how i could make my own style.
Thanks so much for your kindness and surport

Serge, it has been a real privilege to watch you become an accomplished composer, producer, arranger, and sound engineer. I remember some of your earlier work...you always had huge potential. This song proves you have realized that potential. This is absolutely beautiful, a masterpiece.

Bravo my friend. Outstanding work.

on I Will Return by brillbilly
Brill, I think you just may have discovered your niche :) I am a huge fan of cinematic music and this is as good as many songs I've heard in film over the past few decades. I like the way you stripped things down a bit and gave all of the different instruments and voices some room to breathe.

Absolutely fabulous work. The mix is spot on. Bravo maestro.

Thank you bear, for your very kind remarks!

I can only make tracks that i can feel from within!

I have no real format,i just take what mood i'm in and start to convey it through sounds, when i'm happy i do Trance, when im calm i go more for chillout.

But sometimes i fall in to a mystical world,or thoughts of ancient worlds, lost civilisations, myths n legends,so to capture my thoughts i made this cinematic Track !

I offer all for free enjoyment and i take every reply with a humble thankyou!.

I'm so gratefull so many great artists like your good self, take time out to give very kind comments

So a big thankyou!

Life, love n unity to you and your loved ones

on Fixation Desperation by visionarysoundsystem
Hey Vis, I know you have this one up for a collaboration, but I have to be honest and tell you I think it stands on its own pretty well. This song would work really well in a film or short video.....perhaps a car commercial or something to do with the Tour de France. The mix is really nice, love that warm bass in this one.

Another exceptional effort. If someone does add something to it, I would love to hear it. Very nicely done and I had to grab a download. Thanks for that.

Hiya Bear my friend. It is always a pleasure to hear from my favourite addition to the Grandpa stakes. Hope all is well? Thanx so much for taking time to listen & review, it is greatly appreciated. So far no definate offers to collab. I want to take this track a touch further and will possibly have to do so my-self. Just waiting for the inspiration to do so. I am humbled by your opinion that this would work as a "soundtrack". Mate that is high praise indeed. If/when I get an offer or re-visit my-self I will post up the remix. Thanx so very much again for looking in to my lil corner of the Loop.

Richie, you keep raising the bar. I'm a huge fan of Hayden's work, but you really elevated it to the next level. As Ed so astutely pointed out, the mix on this one is absolutely flawless. This one sounds like you two were sitting in the studio together.

Nothing to add here other than my congratulations on another hit. As Dave said, this one could be playing on any radio station in any country across this great globe we all like on. It is that good. Downloaded for many more listens. Thanks for that.

Vicen my friend, it is always a treat to visit your page. You move seamlessly through any genre and you do them all well. I think pop/rock is the area where you really shine.

As Jamie said, this is classic Vicen and it is outstanding work. Well done!!

And I really appreciate how you translate the lyrics for all of us. Outstanding.

Man, this is really nice work. Love the tone on that guitar....amazing what you can get out of that RP155. I know this track is a couple of years old, but it shows a real talent for writing, playing and production.

Bravo on a job really well done.

on Whisper of the Heart by mystirP
Mr. P., you truly are someone who "paints" with loops. Artists take paint and make a portrait or picture...you take loops and create beautiful musical art. While I can build loops all day long, I'm not sure I could construct a song out of loops.

A tip of the hat on a job well done (thanks for including a few loops of mine in this wonderful song). The mix is really nice as well - great spacing.

This was a great tune to start off my day. Thanks for the peaceful moment. Welcome to the Loop by the way.

Bows.....
Thank you Bear for the kind words and they are encouragement for me to continue. I also used a few of your loops in I think one more of the posted Tracks. Elements of Time. This one was a bit buggerish to get to sounding good as some of the other loops fit but for some reason they kept going off key, kilter, and spacing. I finally get them fixed. Sometimes you have to cook, roast, saute', chew, twist...etc, some of the loops due to the way they were put together. Yours were awesome and had virtually no problem putting them in the layers and spacing...
You are most welcome to the peaceful moment. I had a swell time making this one. My Wife loves it better than the one I did for her. I may post that one later as it's a pre looperman loop filled song.
You and folks like you make my life a joy because I get to be a musical spirit.......

Well, sir, looks like you are two for two :) Another beautiful song....love the way your guitar complements your vocals.

I believe one of the hardest things to do is strip a song down, and get real personal and bare the soul so to speak. In this era of overproduced noise a song like this is a real treat to the ears and sensibilities.

Thanks for posting another beautiful work of art. Still wishing I had my favorite button, haha.

Stellar performance.

Download indeed!!! Wow, young lady, this was a pleasant surprise. Jazz is becoming an extinct form of music, but perhaps if more people could hear something this extraordinary, they just might believe that jazz is king (or in your case, queen).

Really nice work. NV sent me this way, said you were related....I won't tell anybody if you don't, hahaha. Seriously, it looks like talent runs in the family. on Im Through Feat AllenV- Ratty-Shortbusmusic by MarieDailly
Very nice Marie :) This one has the old Motown sound to it, even has an analog feel to the mix (that's hard to do with digital stuff these days). For your first song on FL you are certainly setting the bar really high.

Nicely chilled (loved Allen's guitar work). Really a great tune to unwind with at the end of a long day.

Congratulations and a job well done!!!

Im glad I got this one out from the murky recesses of my "brain" lol!
I just loved Allens guitar on it, even if he was cruel & sent me two solos to choose from! Not an easy choice!
Maybe once I have the older songs done, I can do something with the great music you sent me!!
