Wow, this is raw, from the mix right down to the individual tracks. Crazy azz singing and loud guitars, that's what real good rock music should have. Well that's coming from an old school guy.
Gave this a few listens, pretty good intensity, the guitars really set the tone and sound great.
Very nice composition, dramatic. It's very well thought out and cleaverly put together. Maybe lower the little compression just a little, sounds a bit hot. Cool track though, I enjoyed it!
It feels like 60' psychodellic music done with todays trance instruments. Great first effort and welcome to the loop! Sounds like the drums could come up a bit in the mix, just to give more impact and maybe widen them a bit so they fill more of the space. Interesting track though and I enjoyed it.

Ya, a bowl or four alway helps!!haha
What I meant by widening is that the drums sound like the drum instruments could be individually panned little wider. They are a bit I guess, just my own picky opinion, that's all, haha, no biggie!! Thanks for swinging by my site, cheers!
Hey thanks for listening and reviewing! And Hmm interesting feel you got from it, and I would have to agree that my songs sound much better after a bowl or too, haha. Anyways Thanks so much for the constructive criticism, I'll tweak the drums a bit, not exactly sure what you mean by widen them but I'll try to bring them more forward and a bit more pronounced.

Haha always xD
And oh, thanks so much! Now I realize that I should be doing that in all my songs, haha. I worked on and reuploaded the track and made the drums and also some instruments a little "wider" and hopefully filled the gaps. Let me know if I'm on the right track, haha, Thanks again! Peace
I liked the guitar riffs playing thru it. Nice song, thought the vocal choir pads were fitting. This really needs some vocals, I think that would complete this. Nice to see you mixing things up, this is different than some of the music I've listened to of yours. Keep up the great work Waper!!!
Ya, this is nice, a great original christmas track. I thought the music was upbeat and snappy and the vocals were great all around. Nice job on this collab Waper, what a sweet track!
I've loved this song the first time I heard Marcy Plaground play it and you did an interesting remix. The vocals were great. Nice tempo change from the original. Creative track!
Man, you come from the other side of the street with your musical thoughts, haha. I don't really think I could produce something like this, I just don't think this way, ha. It's very creative with a cool intro. Nice breaks and the intro and voice samples in the track worked nicely with this. Your synths are too cool. The arrangement is well thought out and interesting for sure.
I don't isten to much music like this but this was a treat!
Naw mate. Nothing really radical needed for something like this. Just laid another idea (the new Tron movie) on top of the first one (class assignment). Try it with one of your own projects some time.
Meanwhile, the original theme (orchestral-breaks) stayed constant all throughout. In fact, the Tron thing came about via the intro vox I did months ago (dunno why I made 'em back then, but they sure came together with the film nod idea). So I just threw in a few more voc-sams in to act as sequence breaks. Which I was kinda iffy on (the overly deliberate breaks between), but I said whatev and ran with it. Glad ya dug it mate. Later on!
This is pretty good, the drums rocked!! Dnb is something I've been trying to listen to a little more. There are some cinematic aspects to this song and some nice changes. Lot's of energy, this got me going this morning, my first track of the day, I'm awake now. Thanks!
I like reggae that expresses the maker's personality and is different from other more mainstream reggae. Your track is different and was alright. Keep working it out, look forward to more tracks, keep going!
Dang this is cool!! I liked the vocals/singing a lot, worked perfectly with the beat. At first wasn't sure about the beginning but I soon realized you were bringing it up, it worked ok. Catchy track, I liked it, nice pella too!
Thanks you very much Wayne! Heh, seems like I've tricked a lot of people with that intro so far. Louise's vocals definitely brought this track up a whole level if not more. Thanks for taking the time to review! Appreciate it.
Dang, this is nice, great buildup of instruments. The keys sounded cool and I'm always up for some tamborine! Nice melody through the whole song. I like the track overall, I listened to it several times. Nice bass sound.
Thank you Wayne tamborine in this kind of music I think very essential since everything is acoustic. except the bass . well I still working on this i may change something but I think to put some vocals to this
This has a Neil Young feel to it. I'm diggin' the harmonica lately, may have to get a few. Nice chord progressions and you played a great bass line. You need to sing, c'mon!
Great track, gonna dl and fav, thanks! Very cool Sylvestre!
Always is an honor to me when you fav one of my tracks Neil Young is one of my favorites singers and a ilke his style playing the harmonica . I have this harmonica loops in my library never intented to use some day but since i listen your track Texarkana I had some inspiration to fix this all started find a good rhitm with my acoustic guitar my nephew¨chimino¨is the responsible with the bass in all my compositions
I always admire his great talent playing the bass he is 15 years old .
Well done D! This was great, the length was perfect and there were nice changes through the whole song. This is a tough genre and you did a nice job. The description put me in the right frame of mind to listen to this and get into it! Very cool!
Sounds like a winner if you can give it thumbs up, much respect theHumps! I really enjoyed putting it together and go back every now and then to tweak... wish I knew the feature how look up loop creators before I renamed them and lost the sources, I consider this a Looperman collaboration for this reason. Take care - DF
I liked the song idea, but I think things got a little loud on the change in the middle and through the end. Just a little level checking, a little hiss reduction maybe. The whole beginning part was very cool I thought. Mixing's tough, no one said it was easy, especially with live tracks. Be patient with it, it will get better as you go!!
thanks wayne for the review i appreciate it.i do need to go back and fix levels and all that good stuff, its just hard cause i have no monitors or good headphones...it doesnt help that im not very organized so i forget which track is which.jaja
Very cool beat, rollerskating music from back in the 70's!! I like percussion so the congas caught my ear right away. Nicely put together, some good changes and really nice sounding production, not cluttered but plenty going on.
Nicely done, there are some very cool effects on the music and vocal tracks and was a great listen to the end. Not usually my type of music but this was good enough to let ya know I liked it! I gave this a few listens, pop for sure, very good pop!
Nice vocals, so beautiful and emotional! Great piece, the piano was nice, dramatic and full of tension. Strings or a cello would sound nice to give a little low end but real nice the way it is. Look forward to more tracks!
Thanks so much for the suggestions and feedback. I'm a big fan of strings and stuff, but seeing as I don't play, it was hard to find a good match so i kept it simple. C:
I like it when someone does an unexpected version of a cover, it's certainly different than the original, nice job putting this together. I think you could do some more with the eq and mixing to open it up more and define the instruments a bit more with a little panning. Just a great song too. Well done!
This was very well put together and I liked the bass. Some crazy effects on some of the vocals, like a convaluted reverb or delay. Very creative and I like the direction you are going with your music these days Kevin, hard and heavy!
This was very different and very cool. Reminded me of some of the experimental psychodellic rock music of the late 60's. All you need is some Frank Zappa thrown in there, lol! cool track Kevin!
Sounded like an Isaac Hayes song from the 70's! nice track! Smooth rhythm, very sweet.
Had a drop out about 38 secs another around 1:30 and a couple more, didn't sound like part of the song, thought I'd let you know. It's a great track, take a listen, may want to reload it.
Hey Wayne, thanks for liking it, caffeinated or not. :) Hope you are doing ok. Ditto to you what I just said to Elaine: I am at work as I type this, so no soundcard, but I look forward to checking in on you and listening to your latest stuff soon!
Reminds me of a 50's or 60's style pop songwriting, must be the chords, very cool. Your voice is very strong and beautiful and I liked the delay effects on them. Well done!
