I like it when someone does an unexpected version of a cover, it's certainly different than the original, nice job putting this together. I think you could do some more with the eq and mixing to open it up more and define the instruments a bit more with a little panning. Just a great song too. Well done!
This was very well put together and I liked the bass. Some crazy effects on some of the vocals, like a convaluted reverb or delay. Very creative and I like the direction you are going with your music these days Kevin, hard and heavy!
This was very different and very cool. Reminded me of some of the experimental psychodellic rock music of the late 60's. All you need is some Frank Zappa thrown in there, lol! cool track Kevin!
Sounded like an Isaac Hayes song from the 70's! nice track! Smooth rhythm, very sweet.
Had a drop out about 38 secs another around 1:30 and a couple more, didn't sound like part of the song, thought I'd let you know. It's a great track, take a listen, may want to reload it.
Hey Wayne, thanks for liking it, caffeinated or not. :) Hope you are doing ok. Ditto to you what I just said to Elaine: I am at work as I type this, so no soundcard, but I look forward to checking in on you and listening to your latest stuff soon!
Reminds me of a 50's or 60's style pop songwriting, must be the chords, very cool. Your voice is very strong and beautiful and I liked the delay effects on them. Well done!
Cool track Hutch! Some great guitar playing here. Nice to see you using Fender guitars, just love the sound from them. Do you play thru an amp? What kind? Nicely put together, enjoyed it!!
Thanks for the review Wayne v.cool to get some posiive feedback. That was done with the Strat and the COSM onboard pre-amp and effects in the VS 20, the West Coach Crunch patch. Which reminds me I must log what patches and settings I use so I don't forget LOL. So much to dig here...brilliant
I was trying to count off the timing and couldn't, haha, you really switched it up nicely, the chorus sounded like a slow 3/4 timing, dang! The guitars sounded nice and the waves are a nice touch. Always cool to hear something different!
thanks, lol and don't feel bad I had a bit of trouble with the timing for recording, and I wanted the timing to be near perfect...so needless to say it took me awhile.
I went deep into your musical stockpile to hear an older track and saw Chernobel and just had to listen. I recently watched a documentary on the sarcophagus and how volitile and dangerous it can still be.
Man this had a really nice groove to it and I like the use of the effects and vocal samples. I think they were very effective in giving a feeling of chaos and disorder. Sweet bass playing and tone and the pads were a nice backdrop. Very nice composition and execution al round. Great job Dave!
Dude i was digging that arp synth, so caught my attention!! Nice work with the synths that played the melodies throught. Great job engineering the tracks and overall production. Like the sound and feel to this one a lot!!
First off it has a very cool percussion track. The vocal loop is different and unique and I agree with you that someone could add something in the way of a vox track over it and I think that will be the icing on the cake. mmmmm. cake
Well done man, nicely mixed, hope to hear an update soon.
Nice to hear your vocals in the context of a full song. Ya, beatl nailed it, Pat B all the way. Thought your vox could have been a bit more out front, your soft parts were a bit ummm soft, haha. The music was very well done and I very much enjoyed it! Nice job with this one Nas!
Really liked the stringed instrument, I used something like that recently. This is a cool track, wished it was longer. It has a very earthy feel to this track, must be the bass, nice job!
You set the tone nicely in this track, ambient for sure. That high pitched sound was different, sounded like a dolphin under water, ha! Glad you reworked this, it's cool, interesting and different!
Nice backups, always diggin your vocals! Nice chill rnb track, easy on the ears, nice tempo and I like the simplicity of the music. hmmmmm. hmmmmmmm. Just want to sing along on the backups!!
Well done Dvibe, nice to hear a new track from ya!
glad ya liked it Wayne..ive been real busy..havent been here for a while..ill be checkin out back your tracks soon and my other looperman friends..Pease to you..if ya like go see my songs on this site..all my originals,,
I don't think I've heard a track from you that was like this. Nice one, really enjoyed this. Reminds me of the Foo Fighters, just waiting for Dave Grohl's voice to kick in. Well done JW!
This works for ambient. It shouldn't be too upbeat or crankin but rather easy on the ears, like this. This is a decent track, works for me, nice production and mix. Well done!
I like the vocals on this, fits the music perfectly. I've started listen to more dnb lately, lot of interpetations I've noticed. I liked the sounds you used, the flute noise in particular was different and the growly bass was too cool, nice job man!
Nice track Gord, the lyrics are probably true for half the people out there, nice job with them! Chris did a bang up job on the vocals. Great idea writing a song for a dating profile, that's pretty creative. I liked the music, nice little skip beat and I'm a big fan of acoustic music. Feels like I know you now!
Hi Wayne. I always like acoustic and ya, chris did a very fine job with the vocals. I need track once in a while that's a little less serious then most of my tracks. The lyrics are actually true, just exaggerated with the intent of being a little funny. Glad you liked it and thanks for your review. Take Care Wayne.

Cool atmosphere here. The drums sound great and you have a nice mix.
Check out the ambient logbook in the forums, lots of good info on ambient production. Actually, all the genre logbooks are good info, welcome to the site!
Nothing can take the place of a well played guitar through an amp, it's a hard sound to reproduce electronically, imo. I liked the track, overall was cool and the vox was well done.
You may want to try some effects like a simple delay, tremelo or reverb to make it have a sense of movement, it sounded a bit flat, some kind of modulation would be nice. You could also try doubling the track, pan them left and right and do a slightly different effect on each one. So many options really, it's an open track right now, anything is possible now!
Organ might sound good on this. A little hihat in syncopation with the drum might work. Look forward to the finished song.
thank you for the constructive i took what you said into consideration, and have adapted the song accordingly, will post it up later.. thanks again dude
Nice collab, some cool elements to this. Very restrained on the metal aspect of this track but you certainly made it interesting with the the spoken word parts, the vocals and a cool piano track. Well done!

Thanks for the review. I completly agree about ambient tracks being not to heavy going, ambience in itself is about peace and tranquility.
Again thanks for the review (:
