you get my vote in the Industrial genre for the all genre comp. I know you're alone but you still have to get votes and this is a very worthy production, sounds amazing on my system the drums sounds so live and vivid like its in my living room, love all the elements the crazy metal bass, so here is my vote.

BigPete, much love for ya man. Thanks for the vote and the proper review ( sad I was the only one who entered a track into this genre ). This track is like a milestone for me, I broke free and tried something different and did a bang up job. Since I made this I've gone on and made another one with a little more rock and electronic fusion called 'Massive Error' ... thats actually fixin to be uploaded as I type this so make sure you check that one out. Thanks again.

Man this was a tough choice the 3 tracks in this category are amazing tracks all great productions, but you have my vote in the trance genre, I find the vocals are probably what sway me you way, but the whole track just is complete, I look for a musical story that will tranport me from one place to another and yours truly did engage me like that, amazing track truly beautiful, good luck you have my vote.

on Chilly by JDOT2006
My vote for the all genre comp. in the chill out genre, this was a tough decision, I really liked Purge track, but I don't know why and I vote purely on emotion, your track got to me emotionally I really got into it your bass melody because it is more than a bass line it does carry a melody and is like the locomotive of this track really drove me through the journey and I love the vibe of the end of the track reminded me of the vibe of the end of my track although both very different, great job and good luck.

Wow BigPete, thanks for the vote in this genre, you know how that makes me feel ? Seriously, thanks again for the review as well and seeing you received the same effect I did when I made this, makes this track just that much more important.

My vote for the rock genre in the all genre competition.OK Martin you know how much I like this track because its a complete package, I've already reviewed it but I'm back to give you my vote for the rock track in the all genre competition because of that there are a lot of great tracks in this category (including mine, lol) but yours has everything a true rock track should have including great lyrics and vocal performance. Your fan BigPete and good luck but you're already a winner.

on Punk Me Up by Randall822
Get out of here, you are amazing you understand how to make us happy through music, I was a punker, my nickname in 1976 was Peter Punk when stuff was just happening, first guy on my block with a Ramones albu and a Sex Pistol 45 import from England, so when I saw Randall and Punk in the featured track window I though no way, yes way you are some great musical mind that will never seize to amaze me.

Hi BigPete,
I see you are you are following me around. I did this tune back in December. I wanted to try something different, so I came up with this. I used some loops as the header says, but it was still fun arranging it.

I think I might have told you I am working on a Blues/funk tune now that should be done by the end of the month. No wine before its time as they say.

Glad you enjoyed it and thank goodness for the featured section as my songs get more chances to be heard.

Again very sophisticated arrangements, sounds great specially since its 2001 production, great beat again, to some it might sound minimalist but to me this sounds very complex and though out, waiting for new tracks, lol.

Its strange sometimes to here this one and then listen to what I make now, I even found an old "Tape" or tracks from 95', yet I had fun with this track....sometime to move a crowd.

Thanks

nice to hear a more recent track and gave the direction you are going, great percussions on this, wicked, you can tell that in 2004 you had grown as an artist, this is more ambitious than your earlier tracks, and very good, again great production, but still 5 years old, lol, I'd love to hear where you are now as an artist, Peace Love and Freedom to grow as artist.

love the strings, give the track it mood with the very discrete organ, and that breathing, bite me, I want to become a vampire, this has a goth feel to it, great production.

as always entertaining, musical, fresh, great guitar work, the guitar sounds amazing, and your sax well you are the man every body would want in their band to blow away the blues, I will never be able to do a track in 10 or 15 minutes I've tried your challenge and failed, you are the one man band. Peace Love and Freedom to jam away the summer.

Great track took me back to the late 80's early 90's power rock era, love the lyrics, and arrangments, guitar is great but I know what you mean some great musicians can be a pain because of their attitudes (shut up and play), not all only some, lol.

This is my last review for now, lol, again I want to make the point that every track I've listen to you are the center of interest you're a great story teller the music and beats take second place to you, you probably could tell me a story over the sound of a garbage truck and I would still find it interesting because you captivate the listener, I truly enjoy your talent but I see you have not posted often lately, you need to keep writing stuff, I want new tracks! lol. there is enough stupidity in this world to inspire you tons of songs, watch TV, lol. (PBS is good thats it, specially Sesame Street, lol)

by the reviews you've been getting from great loopemen, I don't have to tell you you have what it takes to reach a very wide audience, this track made me laugh so much you're lyrics are so smart and whitty, I won't review every single track but from what I hear you should be sign to a good indi label, you have a talent that deserve some exposure (this is what I'm good at scouting talent and thats why I'm still in the music business but not as a musician). They only thing I can't evaluate is how good you are live, but even through you're picture I can tell you have something special going on in your brain, lol. Peace Love and Freedom from your neibour up north (and your number one french canadian fan BigPete aka Pierre Borduas.

You're a great story teller, and you have such a great pop aspect to your tracks, they are fun to listen to and I live to have fun so you're music is perfect for me, love you're flow and yes I do hear some of Peaches smart way of telling us off in an entertaining way (I've met her check my gallery the picture with her is one of my favorite), lol. You are truly my second coup de foudre of the week (I'm french Canadian so excuse my english). Truly enjoy what you do as an artist and I will listen to all your tracks. Peace Love and Freedom to tell people off with a beat and a melody.

Ok first I wont tell anyone about the Crime of the Century piano sample from Supertramp (an amazing track) it works real good in the mix, again you are a director in the way you arrange everything, there is a lot of great planning to putting the right sample in the right spot to give the rythm you want, really love your way of working, reminds me a lot of one of my fav looperman MrE, great job again.

just love the world you created, could really feel immerse in a world ruled by machines in the first part then you drop the beat and I feel the human side an distress of being stuck in a world of machines and then the alternating of beat and breaks really works, great arrangments and production, really great creative work.

YESSS A NEW TRACK, first thanks for the review on The Traveller, coming from my favorite singer songwriter performer right now, first again please be don't be offended but this sounds a lot like the band Live and again thats good for me because again this is a band I respect a lot met them twice and they are genuine people, and your vocal performance again steels the show, your delivery is gut wrenching, the lyrics are pure poetry again, I don't know what they put in the water in Seatle but people their are great poets , from Hendrix to Cobain and even the ones who are still alive, lol, you don't have to die young to be a artistic genius and I get that vibe from what you do, I am a true fan and I wish you had some record deal or distribution deal because someone like you deserve to be out there. I truly mean this, to much crap gets tossed around by labels when they should be putting efforts in artist like you who has something to say knows how to package it in very accesible form, your tracks have a very pop sensetivity to them, girls will like your music because of that, and I know what girls like, lol. Anyway your a great artist, thanks for the second track now waiting for the third, lol.
