You can add light strings/pads in the background. It will really uplift the track.
You can include some Japanese instruments to increase the feels and add some forest FX for the atmosphere.
For the outro you can automate and increase the echo delay, reverb and stereo separation. It will be a great addition.
Nice work!
I'm a Studio Ghibli fan and Mononoke Princess is my favorite movie!
I really loved the forest spirits and kodama scenes in it!
Hayao Miyazaki is a genius!
Hey man thanks alot for the ideas, this is actually the first track that i've made that doesnt have that kind of long dark cinematic beginning and sound fx...when i made it i thought of that but then i decided to just throw the listener right onto the track without giving them anytime to breathe or think...its kind of like walking down the road and a truck comes barrelling down on ya ( a funky raging truck maybe lol). Maybe i will alter it a lil bit now that you said that because you gave me more ideas for it ( thats dangerous lol) but right now i have 3 other tracks on the go so it might be awhile to work on this one again...
Thanks again man
Haha Thanks for all your points and I'm glad you really liked the song.
By the way I only recently found this out, but the bass on the first drop is barely audible on speakers, but can be heard on earphones and headphones. I wonder if that's a problem I need to look out for next time.
As for tips, I don't really have that many I'm learning as well Haha But for future bass, there's a lot of focus on melody and harmony. Try learning about 7th and 9th chords.
Aviat, I really appreciate it! The Arps were really odd for me initially. I almost used a different sounding one, but the results seems to have generally positive views of it. The synths and melodies came together very smoothly for me, and as for the drum patterns, I thought it was executed nicely. Much thanks for your kind words! :)
"You can actually fill the ambience/spectrum more by adding some atmospheric effects"
yeah was thinking of adding some real world ambiance at around 1:16 but in the end didnt think it fit the track well, i ended up going for more of a subtle breathing sound that fits better i think.
I live in India and I have never been to Himalayas :( but this track took me over to the Himalayan Journey.
I was completely immersed in the track since the beginning.
Moving textures, beautiful ambience, epic synths and pads.Sound design at it's best!
This will really suit for a movie background score.
Which libraries and VSTs do you use for your ambience music?
Hello my friend ! I'm truly honoured for such favourable
and generous review and the fact that you live in India
gives me even more recognition! Yes, I really had it in mind as a movie background score. I'm really glad you found it so convincing!:) I use many different vst's depending on what kind of ambience I want to create. For this one I used
CrX4, Lush-101 and Alchemy. For the next one there will be probably different set of vst's.
Thank you so much again for all those kind words and the 'fav' ofcourse ...means the world!:)
Hey Aviat I totally appreciate your comment! I'm pleased with how it turned out, and with the reaction to it (considering it's the most played electronic track on Looperman now!). Controlling my modular with MIDI is so fun, especially for bass lines... so I'm glad you liked that part. I've always gotten into snappy beats, and I'm glad this fits the bill. The lyrics were written after the arrangement was composed, so I'm glad the vocals fit in. I wanted it to be an uplifting melodic feel, as opposed to the stuff on my last album... seems like I nailed that part of it. Thank you so much for listening!
The melodies are really crafted well.Loved the different soft synths used.
The structure of the song is nice and variations keep coming up.
The drops are awesome and loved those sqare/harsh synths.LFO Rates are synced nicely.Awesome!
Its one of the hardest thing to modulate them in Dubstep genre.
About the drops and buildup they can be made more intense with percussive elements and different FX.Search them up.
Beats are nice but can be more punchier.Do add more percussion.
Mastering and Mixing is really nice.Liked it!
And you already got an awesome detailed feedback from ValVedriVer which pretty much explains everything.
The starting is nice and directly tells the listener what the track is about. Its really good.
Loved all your synths.
The Vocal FX is cool.Good chops there!
The drop is nice.Loved the sqaure/raw synth there. Its good but I think it can be made a little harsher or add a saturation/overdrive there.
The beats are programmed well.Loved the hard kick and claps.
I think you can add some more percussion and some more cool FX.
Mastering and Mixing is nice.
GOOD job!
And could you give a listen to my new Progressive/House uploads-Connection and Vintage. You will love them for sure.
Can we collaborate or something(specially for Electro House)..??
Thank you for pleasant comment! I'm going to check your tracks right now ;) About a collab, I'll contact you on your fb page, and we will see what we can do, OK? :) Thank you for leaving comment, it's much appreciated!
Thanks man, I think that this is the most intense comments I've had on any of my tracks, thank you so much, I am really pleased you liked it.
The sample pack is called 'Siren' and it is released by 'Black Octopuss', you can find it on their site. I bought it from someone like Loopmasters at a reduced price. Sorry I can't be more specific but it was a couple of years ago and I can't remember who I bought it from but like I said there is a free stripped down demo pack available if you look around.
The vocal chops and FX are just perfect and awesomely mixed.
The main synth is really catchy.
Is a new track being mixed or added at 3.15 because there's no need for stretching the tracks(cuz lately in your single upload there are 3-4 songs mixed after 3 mins or soo.Seriously there's no need for that)
I really don't get the transition there but apart from that everything's properly mastered and mixed.
Loved the FX.Can you give me the sample pack's name or so?
Thanks, i'm glad you could stop by and comment. There's three tracks here rolled into one. I want to do a bit more with the last track as i think it needs something.
The sample packs i used were "the sound of hotmouth" from prime loops "Ultimate house" from loopmasters "Bass addict from prime loops" "vintage movie samples 2" from loopmasters and there's a few more but the names escape me right now. Too many to remember.
Cheers again for checking it out.

Many thanks for listening. Actually the beat was the easiest part of this track. It is not more than a deep kick and a reverbed snare indeed. Some parts a bit addition from delayed shakers and the percussion. However, the percussion it also just one 32 beats loop (I am getting a bit lazy :)).
And yes, the acpella. Shamoozey is amazing isn't he. So atmospheric. Just added some reverb and a stereo delay. That's all.
The hardest part for was to align the different synths to support the melody but not to overdo it, so no synth with the same notes at the same time too much.
Anyway, thanks for your great comments, motivates me for the next track again.
Thanks man, I don't know how, but I can make nice melody in a second, and I think it's very important ability in this genre. For sidechained synths I used Nexus2. Thanks for leaving comment, I really appreciate that :)
The beats are just perfect and very well programmed.
Really loved the transitions between different genres..!!
Fell in love with the genre switch at 1.35.
Addition of Tabla there at 2.16 was very unique and cool.

I would love to incorporate Indian elements in one of my tracks...I just may come up with something soon lol, thanks for the idea!-Dave

Loved the lush chords. Nice progression.
The main drop is really nice.
I really think you can improve the highs and make the track more clear.
Effects are on point.
Use some more saturation. You can also add some shakers, vocal FX and some percussion effects. They will really uplift the track.
You can layer the last piano melody with delayed guitar. It will be nice subtle touch.
Great work!
