Hey bro, by chance have you ever listened to much old Alice Cooper? I guess your guitar playing here reminds me of Coops earlier stuff. Glen Buxton and Michael Bruce were excellent guitarists. Its a solid track and I really dig the nostalgic feel of it. A guy in one of the bands I actually played my first gigs with was really into Cooper and he used to drive us crazy in practices playing Cooper albums to get us to pick a song to work up. I took a liking to the music and he and I worked up a song called "You Drive Me Nervous" from the bands "Killer" album. We always got a lot of requests to do it after we started playing it.

Perfectly performed! Sounds levels are cleaned, tracks mixing is really good.
The natural hoarse of your voice bring to this song an aditional color of rock genre (i don't know if the meaning of my words is correct, sorry for that :))

This is awesome, grateful dead, acid trip, story book time, hollywood movie, me and my sister, a car driving through a desert, the shot zooming away from a helicopter camera, a buick riding through the Nevada desert, fear and loathing in Las Vegas, Johhny Depp and Benicio del Toro doing drugs, the sun rises and you're still awake in your hotel room, then 9 in the morning becomes 12 midday, then you finally go to sleep but only for 2 hours

I have a pretty scratched 45 rpm of Buffet's version, I've always loved this track! Overall, Sam Cooks music is great and I liked Jimmy's version and I totally forgot about Cat Steven's. The backups work, I think they could be even louder. The lead was very cool and unexpected, liked the tone and how it built up. Long live percussion instruments! Vocals are strong all through, nice job with the vox too!
